I order from this Panera a lot because it is close to my job and it used to always be good. I dont know if they had a turnover with their staff or what, but lately I havent been impressed. This morning especially. I had a breakfast sandwich Egg White, Sausage, Spinach and i added cheese to it. When i opened it it looked like the egg exploded in the microwave and definitely tasted that way too. It was over cooked for sure because the bread was like rubber. The cheese melted and dried to the paper so i spent about 5 minutes just trying to peal paper off my sandwich. I guess not everything is as fresh as they claim here. I have been a customer of this Panera for many years so im sad to give them such a low rating. Staff needs some training. I gave the cashier my rewards card this morning and she said it was invalid and asked me for another card. I replied " well its not a credit card, its my panera rewards card normally the people scan it first to see if i have any rewards to use " she then slid it through the machine again. She said no rewards. --- okay, fine. gave her my debit card... Clarified with her that my points for this visit would be on the card. . . . she said yeah... but theres not indication of my members card being used at this trip. Luckily Panera has the option to add later. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PANERA. This rating was a 5*. Had to change it to 3*.. And i think i am even being generous.

I come here often not only is the food good but the staff is great. I always pay attention to how good a business really is and in all honesty this location has it correct. The managers are amazing the staff is excellent. I dont know how Panera Corp is ran but if they want to have all of their locations to exceed their full potential then they should make this location a flagship store and teach all of their employees to run other locations as they do this one. To bad I can only rate this place 5 stars they deserve a higher rating than a 5.

I order from here for lunch/dinner pretty often since its so close to where I work. Usually, its pretty good but lately they havent been. The last two times Ive ordered from here, theyve messed up something. One time, they didnt put chicken or croutons in my salad that I paid extra for just to even have chicken. Then, today, their "creamy" tomato soup has the consistency of water & tastes incredibly bland. Needless to say, Im kinda ticked off at the quality of their food.

This place has amazing food! Its more of a coffee break or snack place then a full out meal, but awesome none the less. The staff is GREAT! It is manages extraordinarily well! Come on Bagel day (Monday?) and get a dozen bagels for $6. LOVE THIS PLACE! Its perfect for chilling with a friend.

A good place that offers the best iced tea variety. There are "regulars" as you will find at every Panera, so that is a good recommendation. A great place to spread out with the iPad or bills & enjoy a pastry item & a refill.

Great place where you can sit and study for a bit with a cup of coffee. Their lunch selection is quite nice as well albeit pricey. They also have some outdoor seating that is nice during the warmer months.
