Buyer beware, it seems its an unwritten policy that I recently experienced in this location that if you dont pick up your pie on time they have the right to sell your paid pie and you forfeit the money. Unfortunately I placed my order in their web site and there was no mention of this policy on their website. I have never had this issue with their other locations. I had to call their home office to get this issue resolved, lucky for me their home office is customer service oriented and made things right. I like Achatz pies but I would never buy another pie from this location. I would rather go to other locations that are more customer service oriented. On top of that, they have tried to sell me pies in the past that had cracks on their double crust. If you are charging that much for a pie, it should be picture perfect, not look like it got dropped out of the oven. Especially if you plan to give it as a gift to somebody.

Wow! Ok First of all,Ive never been inside Achatz before.I went in a day before my birthday because I wanted to change up my usual ice cream cake I get every year and WOW! Best Decision I ever made! I went with the Canolli Pie and O.M.G! Sooooooo Darn Scrumptious. The whipped cream on top sprinkled with sliced toasted almonds and mini chocolates,so pretty,then the Vanilla pastry cream mixed with cream cheese,STOP IT! WOW! The crust was flaky And buttery deliciousness,so so good! As soon as you walk it was the best smell ever. I cant even describe how absolutely devine it was. The Pies in the case were so beautiful,just waiting for me to eat. Too many to choose from,Guess Ill just have to work my way through their delicious pie menu!
