This place is ridiculous and I dont know why I keep giving them the benefit of a doubt. The past 5 times Ive asked for grilled chicken and they say theres a wait. I dont believe this location keeps any grilled chicken on surplus like the other options. A 10 minute wait for drive-thru food is a fail. There were other times after ordering that the chicken wasnt ready and that I had to come into the restaurant to pick it up when ready. Other times had to substitute sides for others. I substituted each time but today was the final straw and I had to post a review. I took the time to go to the 12 mile and dequindre location and it was worth it. Everythings fresh and quick at that location. Today was the last time Im going back to this location.

Horrible location. I work as a licensed electrician outside and was craving some cold coleslaw and popcorn chicken. I work outside all day and was shocked to see this location does not offer the most basic necessity... a restroom. I even asked for one and they said there was nothing available. Shame on the KFC franchise owner that built this location.... Obviously money is your 1st priority and your customers are second. I will never visit this location again and have blocked it from my GPS searches so that I dont accidentally go there.

Talk about sloppy made burgers. These guys here dont care about customer service. Avoid this location if you want soggy and rushed made food this is the place. Drink the pop and see if theres even fizz 90% of the time theres no gas in it. Should of learned my lesson but I keep coming back cause its close to home. Now I just go to Vancouver location have to make a 20 min drive but theres a difference of service and quality from these guys in royal oak.

Terrible Closes before posted hours. on a Saturday night had 6 pieces of chicken so a bucket was not possible. This was 80 minutes before posted close...and they indicated closing was in 20 minutes. Go to Chicken Shack. With 15 minutes to close and they were friendly and quick to fill our order
