I visited this place with 2 coworkers on a Thursday evening. We arrived around 7pm and Id guesstimate that it was around 50% full. We were seated quickly and our drinks were ordered/delivered quickly (non-alcoholic). The issues were the slow service and the temperature of my food. I ordered a steak with broccoli and the salad bar. My friend had ordered the quesadilla for an appetizer and I finished my salad and drink, used the restroom, and had a 10-minute phone call before he received it. After a total of 40 minutes, we received our entrees. I have to believe that our server is partly to blame for this because my steak and broccoli were both luke-warm - meaning they sat there a bit. Both tasted good and had good flavor at least. I wouldnt be so critical of this if they were packed, but being half empty and well-staffed left no excuse. Im only here temporarily for work so thankfully dont have to return to this place. Overall it wasnt quite as bad as the Applebeess up the street, but close. Tons to choose from in the area so you may want to reconsider somewhere else if youre in a hurry.

Went here for the first time yesterday. VERY disappointed with the amount of food you get for the price youre paying. $10 for a tiny crab cake was just ridiculous. But worst of all I got a side of asparagus and it was burnt! Its one the easiest vegetables to cook, you only burn it by not paying attention to what youre doing. We were the only people in the entire restaurant so you cant tell me the kitchen was busy and they still sent out burnt food. I shared my complaint with our server who just said sorry and didnt offer to try and fix it. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

Ive been to this location only a couple times, the bathrooms are disgusting, which makes me wonder how their kitchen is kept, and the hygiene of the employees. If theyre using a disgusting bathroom even with washing their hands i dont see how its a clean environment. the booths are too small, some of the cushions are cracked and ripped open the tables are rickety and broken, i see that the servers try but dont care that much. its a disappointing location to eat at. i wouldnt suggest spending your money here.

So, on the upside there is usually never a wait even on a Friday or Saturday night and the salad bar is really really well stocked with many healthy and delicious options. But......the rest of the menu is pretty lackluster with nothing in particular that RT is known for or unique. And the booth seats are super old and worn, which speaks to perhaps the financial woes this chain has been experiencing. Its okay when you dont want to wait for a table anywhere else nearby.

I really want to give them a better score since this is my wifes favorite restaurant. The last couple of times we were there the salad bar was not kept up. The broccoli salad was brown. Several of the salads were dried out on top. My wife is vegetarian so the salad bar is a great thing for her. Unfortunately it is about the only thing that she can get anymore. There have a pasts dish I cant remember the name of that she got on our last visit that was just gross.

7 people for birthday lunch all meals came out at different times 3 steaks cooked wrong no marmalade for coconut shrimp silverware dirty along with floor and table dirty and sticky not a good experience at all manager not experienced at all also food brought out from kitchen for salad bar with dish on top of food so unsanitary not even trained for food safety will never eat 5 here again and will spread the word DISGUSTING ALL AROUND

Terrible customer service, filthy, employees gathered by the bar and had to be told by cook to come get food from the back because "its been done". Employees having a good old time laughing and cussing while customers wait for service. Definitely will NOT return to this location. We will stick with Fort Gratiot Ruby Tuesday. Absolutely disappointed we wasted gas driving here!

I wish the waitress would of said that I will be doubled charged for ordering a second lemonade with mango when my first order was wild berry lemonade when the menu clearly said $3.79 with UNLIMITED REFILLS. Did not say you had to choose the same lemonade flavor. Geez. I probably will not go back. Food was ok. Too many other places with more flavor to the menu.

Steak was overcooked, Our server never came back to check on us or our food. We had to request refills. When the manager came by to do his checks, we told him about our overcooked steaks, his response was we should have sent them back. I told him our server never came back for us to ask... he just smiled and walked away. At least the salad bar was good!

Every time I come here the food gets better and better, or maybe its cause I get something different each time. The restaurant is always clean and in tact. Our waitress Sarah was very nice and prompt. I would definitely come back again and host my next occasion here. I love it almost as good as Fridays, but well find that out on Friday!!!

Food is good, reasonably priced, we got prompt friendly service from an upbeat server named Madison. Beer never emptied (very important!) Only thing that could make the salad bar better, is a better ranch dressing, other then that amazing (tons of options) plus if you look online you can get a coupon for buy one get one (entree) 50%off

ehhhhh… its okay. Theyve recently introduced these small honey cheddar bay biscuits, and theyre good, but they get smaller and smaller as you get more throughout your meal. I recommend the peppercorn strip! Had it with the sweet potato fries, and they needed a sauce… theyve also added some new side dishes.

Loved my food, cleanliness not, trash and food droppings on floor, smelled like urine and we sat next to kitchen, waitress must have been new she forgot silverware and my water which I asked twice for, will not return to this location anymore

Had ants on our table so we notified the waitress and moved tables and another couple came and sat at the table and nothing was done about the ants wtf disappointed in the tiny chicken strips also had to send them back. Not coming here again!

Service was terrible. Over 30 minutes for drinks. We had finished our salads before we got drinks. The server had a very poor attitude. We waited 50 minutes for our entrees. Although this is local for me, I will never go back. Food was good.

Tried serving me raw chicken, horribly undercooked and had to argue with the manager about removing it off the bill. Theres a reason why these places are so hard to find. Bobby Nickleson was the worst manager Ive ever dealt with.

The food was terrible, the mashed potatoes were instant and the broccoli was over cooked and mushy. It was bad the last time we ate here and thought we would give it another try. Big mistake. We wont be eating here again.
