The Panera bread corporation no longer wants the business of any individual that holds a concealed pistol license! If you are Pro Second Amendment individual I urge you to boycott every single Panera bread store restaurant although I personally feel their product is good however their logic is flawed in fact since theyve made this new policy known several of the restaurants have been robbed because theyve advertised that they are a gun free zone which makes it free reign for any criminal to walk in rob the store and the patrons youre putting your lives at risk by shopping there!

Food was good but compared to other Panera Breads that Ive been to this location is pretty dirty. The tables had crumbs and spills, the seats and chairs as well. They clearly dont believe in wiping the tables and chairs down. I witnessed customers wiping tables and chairs down themselves as I had to. I then noticed a gentleman come from behind the counter and straightened up a few chairs but never wiped anything down.

My wife usually does the ordering for our house, this time I was out and said what the heck Ill pick up food for the family. Thanks goodness for this very patient young lady Morgan, very informative about the products, effervescent personality. She made me feel at ease. Thanks Morgan and thanks Panera, my family was quite pleased! Morgans a great asset.

Extremely dirty. I have been to this location before several times and it has always been dirty. The seats were ripped up and the lobby was filthy. I did speak with the manager and he tried to explain. Well he was as nice as could be it did not change the unsanitary conditions that I witnessed. I will not go back to this Panera location again

Food was great but the manager Tina laughed in my face and rolled her eyes at me twice when I had the audacity to ask for the soup and 3 baguettes she forgot to put with our order. Thankfully everyone else was very nice and overcompensated for the extreme disrespect she showed to the customers.

Im normally a panera fan, but this one was an exception. My sandwich was tiny and they didnt have the regular bread. Seems strange for a Friday at 5:30. Bagels were stale, and they goofed up or order. Rest rooms had TP on the floor. I expected better for the quality I am used to at Panera.

Got allergies such as dairy or nuts? Dont plan on being able to eat at panera. Ever since their big change they have not been very accommodating. The manager of this establishment was very rude and not even the slightest bit understanding. Maybe its because it wasnt her life on the line.

The manager, Tony I believe, was so kind; he used one of the patio umbrellas to walk my daughter and I to our car when it was pouring like cats & dogs outside. That is what I consider exceptional customer service! The food is always really good too. Please make peanut butter cookies!

Slow and rude. I had asked if my order was my order and the young man was incredible rude to me and to the manager. I know it was just before the lunch hour and they had only two people on registers. Im never coming back here. The Novi Panera is nicer and quicker than this place

ordered the mac and cheese and when it was given, it was ice cold!! we brought it back to the counter and they told us they had a microwaves and brushed us off. very disrespectful, didnt even tell us where the microwave was until we asked someone else. veru displeasing.

Never had a bad experience at this location. Obviously if you go anywhere when its busy you may have to wipe a table yourself... but the service here is always quick and friendly.

Worst Panera ever. Gave us hot chocolate but didnt stir the syrup and hot milk. Nothing is worse than finding a full on blob of chocolate at the bottom of your cup.
