Even looking at the past reviews from last couple weeks and there completely horrible me my wife and two kids still decided to give it a try because havent been there since Florida two years ago and wanted wings and crab its a Sunday maybe 10 people most were in there 3 waitresses so that being said not busy at all but some how me and my wife couldnt fine the waitress once her name was Chelsea and we sat there with empty drinks for over 15 minutes didnt even walk by than she walked by three times to goto table behind us didnt look or ask or anything once until my wife had to grab her attention so finally got a refill and a new beer than after waiting over 35 minutes for food finally comes to table and crab legs are completely cold and I hate complaining but I just got my favorite meal waited over a half hour for the food when there is nobody in the place at all so I send them back dont even give me the option if I want them still or not than bring them back and still half way cold and you could tell they were the same ones even though they said made me new ones I cracked two pieces open to make sure was cold and same piece was on and cracked when they came back still ate them and the wings were good though too just stating but crab was horrible manager was walking around periodically but he was in kitchen most of the time you think he would stop at the table and at least apologize seeing you send me out cold food and Ive got 100 bill its not like Im ordering cheap or watching my money we eat what we like and you dont even bother to look at the table apologize for inconvenience or anything now I know why wait staff isnt good because you cant have a good wait staff with bad management this place needs to be shut down now I know why there was no one there when we got there its pretty bad that Roseville is a horrible location and I will and would go there any and everytime we decide to goto a hooters again because the Roseville location is still 100% better than that mess of a place we went to I can not believe the doors are still open very disappointed and will never come back there and will give nothing but negative feedback to anyone I know or hear about it Ive never left a review before but that place is that bad where I had to upset and disappointed makes hooters have a bad name

Friday evening 7/7/17, my friend and I sat down to eat. We were probably there 45 mins before our chilli came out. Without spoons of course- the waitress took another 5 minutes to grab those. Then she brings my food out and not my friends. I literally ate the entire meal and he didnt have his wings. Which he just ended up cancelling after like an hour sitting there. The worst part is that the manager who sat us disappeared after we sat. For over an hour we never saw him again. And THEN the waitress basically made a joke out of the situation by laughing about it and saying the kitchen was backed up. Mind you the place was at like 50% capacity and we ordered food that any cook could have out in 20-25 mins maX It still wouldve been a terrible experience if the manager was cool and at least gave my friend his appetizer for free but no. We couldnt even complain because he was no where to be found for an hour. So you can actually go to this place, maybe not ever get your entree, and still get charged for the experience. And it will take forever to be disappointed too. This falls on the manager that night and whoever was in charge of the kitchen. Completely pathetic.

Went with a friend about a week ago. We both ordered fish and chips. My fish smelled like ammonia, and there were only about 5 french fries. My friend ordered curly fries, but also got about 5 regular fries. I ordered a mixed drink, which was very weak. I asked the waitress to make a stronger drink for the next one. The drink she brought back had a fly in it, so she went back for another.. The second drink was even weaker than the first. I complained to the manager who stopped by our table to make sure everything was ok, but he dismissed the complaint by saying that the drinks are always made that way. Thats fine, but if I order a stronger drink, thats what I expect to get, if you expect me to pay for it. I was too pissed of about the drink being made not at all according to instruction to mention the problems with the food.

Horrible experience. Went there for dinner last night and the kitchen lost our ticket. Our waitress was very apologetic. Was there with my son and husband. Our wings finally came out after 45 min and my sons food didnt get to the table until over and hour. Hes 5 and was hungry, but wouldnt eat the wings since they were spicy, he wanted his burger that took over an hour to get. The waitress told us on numerous occasions that the manager was going to come over to speak to us. Not once did she come over. There was another table with the same situation and she was at that table at least 5 times. Poor management and I will never go back. I will also tell all my friends. Terrible customer experience .

There are 5 employees here and 35 customers. Weve been here for over an hour and the waitress trickled out our orders one by one over the course of 10 minutes. The manager was no where to be seen until we asked to speak with her and then she disappeared from the floor again. She came over to the table, apologized for the late, terrible and nasty food and walked away. The waitress did nothing but claim its not her fault and blamed everything on the kitchen even though it took her 30 minutes to get a pitcher of beer to our table. Never coming back to this place ever again. Corporate needs to shut this location down.

Slow service. People in Flint have waited less time for fresh water than a customer here. Spent an hour and a half, of which I ate for 20 of those minutes. None of the waitstaff here are attractive enough to not give terrible service, expecting to get by on their looks. Rule one of any restaurant, chain on a gimmick or not; make sure your customers are taken care of. Especially if the number of staff is greater than diners seated, service should be on point. Harsh fail. There are way too many wing places arou d for them to fail this hard.

Im leaving 3 instead of 2 just to be nice. The place isnt quite bad... Its just not good. Ive been in several hooters in a few states. This was the worst by far. It needs a lot to be worth my money. I probably wont be back. To be fair it was a Monday night, so the A squad was not working.... But the place smells funny. The bathrooms smelled like they had not been cleaned in a while. I had to wait for service when servers outnumbered customers.
