I came here for lunch with a friend a few days ago, had a server named Marilyn. We waited almost a half hour for our food (a wrap and some nachos) when the restaurant wasnt busy. Maybe ten tables full in the entire building. The bartender ended up running our food because Marilyn was no where to be found. My order of nachos had a piece of plastic in it, and my friends wrap was completely wrong. The bartender took it back to the kitchen and came out not even ten seconds later with the correct wrap, which was gross from being under the warmer for about a half hour. Our server never checked on us and was dismissive and rude the rest of the time. Tossed a to go box my friend asked for on the table and dropped off our bill without saying a word. Neither Marilyn or a manager gave us a discount of any sorts, which I thought wasnt fair because of the quality of the food. Ive never tipped under 18% in my life but this Marilyn woman was a clear exception. I dont think Ill ever come back here.

Visited on 1-21-17 with my wife and daughter. waitress sat us at table. Did not tell us the specials. I had to ask. Order was placed. Appetizer sent to wrong table (no big deal) entrées came again sent to wrong table. Only wife and daughters meals came. 10 mins go by waitress asked where is my food. No idea I reply. She checks comes back and says manager did not enter my special in the computer. Said she would put it in. By this time wife and daughter are half way done. I said just cancel it. I waited while they finished expecting a manager to stop by and apologize for the mistake. Did not happen. Two managers walked by my table without checking on us. Got bill expecting a discount. Nope full price. I will not be returning for a while. Food is great here but the last two visits the service has stared to decline. Please address these issues before my next visit.

We used to love this place. Good food. Love that kids eat free several nights of the week. Lately we have been disappointed. Today we waited an hour for our food. Our bill was wrong. Our kids got 10 french fries with their meal, which took 30 minutes to get. After waiting one hour for our food both our waiter and waitress were unapologetic when we immediately asked for to go boxes. The manager was also unapologetic stating that they were unusually busy and they had a couple people walk out. That information would have been nice to hear while we were waiting with three impatient kids. Not sure we will ever go back. We expect better customer service. This is the first time in 15 years we have never left a tip.

I normally love Main Street and Ive had rather good experiences in the past with them, but last night was the worst service of my life. After my party was seated (12 of us) it took our waiter 45 minutes to come and take our order. I knew with the large party it would take a little while to be done but I didnt expect my meal to be completely forgotten. By the time I did get my meal, our waitress was handing out checks. My waitress forgot about me again for another half hour (we were all ready to go except I had to pay). I had to hunt down the manager just so I could pay. The website says theyre customer oriented but its a lie.

Always have trouble at this location. Gave it another try the other night with my family, server was horrible (generally the issue). She never brought out appetizer (nor apologized) and seemed surprised I wanted to cancel it as she brought our main dishes out. Forgot stuff with our main dishes (like my sour cream for my nachos) and when I reminded her, she never brought it out. Also was not customer service oriented when there was an issue with a recent change to their kid eat free policies. Wont be back.

I love main st pub, one of my favorite places to pick up food from! Normally, my orders are spot on, and being an ex food manager myself Im very sympathetic towards mistakes in this area because I know how it goes. Today, on 2-2-17 I ordered probably my 15th pick up order in the last 5 months and there were a few important mistakes. Luckily, I spoke to Megan, and she without hesitation made up for it. I admire this type of manager and thank you for your hard work!

They drop food on the ground, pick it back up,throw it in the fryer and serve it to you. Im not kidding. I witnessed it first hand, among other things but need I say more? If you get bad service its because management and training is severely lacking. Turn over is really big and they treat employees less than favorable. I only worked here a few weeks as I have a full time job and really did not need the job. I couldnt work for a company with such practices.

The food was good but I sat for a very long time waiting to even order dinner while the "regulars" were attended to several times. I finally had to ask if she was going to take my order. Friendly enough, it was just apparent that the regulars who knew their names got much better service.

A good bar atmosphere but also nice to bring kids considering theres also a dining area. Kids eat free everyday. After 8 pm theres good food and drink specials. Staffs great and always alot of fun. They have local micros on tap for good prices. Foods awesome.

Had a great waitress Alexis. Couldnt finish my meal because the portions were sooo big. Lunch tomorrow!!! The manager Eric visited our table twice. Great staff!! You get more than you pay for. Great for family or meeting friends for a drink.

Even if they say theyre open till 2 their kitchen will close at 12 and if you get there at 11:10 theyll rush you to order then get one of your entrees wrong. Everyone was nice that was their only redeeming factor.

This seems like the popular local pub. The food was really good, but the prices seemed about right, so it wasnt an incredible deal. It can get pretty busy and loud, but its a pub and should be.

Stopped in for a quick appetizer and drinks. Our service was prompt and friendly. The wings were pretty lame, but the jalapeño poppers were spot on.
