I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. Have lived in the general area for over 5 years now and Ive been to this restaurant at least 10 or 15 times now. The food is consistently good, and there are many vegetarian options available as well. My husband loves it too and he doesnt even like Mexican food! The inside decor is bright and cheery, the food portions are huge and its authentic Mexican food. Much much better than a Mexican restaurant down the street in Wixom.

The food was overcooked and not very good. They charged extra for hot sauces without telling us first. They do not have shredded beef. The guy at the register did not how to use the register. The charge to my credit card uses the day after I ate there and they just charged my credit card 5 days after I ate there. There are really good Mexican places like El Patio or Tres Amigos that are cheaper and much better. I do not know how this place stays in business.

Reasonable food, nothing exceptional. I had issues with their billing. They automatically charged 18% gratuity and brought back the credit card receipt for "tips" and signature.. I think it is cheating. We were just 3 people - not a big party, but were told that it is their standard practice. I did take exception to that but as usual, none could speak english. I had to speak to their manager who was not there, of course. Buyer beware...

I come here with friends all the time. The food it amazing, love the chips and queso and sampler appetizer. Only downside is that the servers are SLOW. They take FOREVER to come back to the table. Bad because I love my refills. Theyve lost business on my group of friends because we always want to order more, but the server takes so long to return to the table that its not worth extending our stay.

Been to this place multiple times and always enjoyed the food. Today we find a long hair in the salsa. While gross, it can happen in a restaurant. Then when we got our main courses, my friend found a long hair in his food after having put a forkful in his mouth. We told waiter we werent interested in finishing our meals. They were very sorry and didnt charge us.

Have been there many times over the last 2 1/2 years. The food seems to have gotten a lot better recently BUT the Service has gotten to the point that me and my family will make a long drive for good Mexican food or go to a place with better service if not as good food. This is a shame because the service use to be the reason we like to go there.

Great food, refried beans were delicious. I ordered the chicken fajitas, the dinner. Large portion I even took left overs home and made 2 more fajitas the next night for dinner. They brought free salsa and chips when I sat down, I had no problems, good food, good service. I will be back this weekend 1/23/16. Cute décor!

Nice scenery, cool chairs, however my waiter barely spoke english and the food wasnt that good. They used corn tortillas for their enchiladas and they were horrible. On top of that, they charged me $4.00 for two small dishes of queso sauce which I was led to believe was complementary. And I didnt even use the second one!

I called to place a carry out order for lunch. I waited on the phone for precisely 5 mintues before I hung up to try and call again. Only to discover the guy who put me on hold set the phone down. So now when I call back, I get a busy signal from my own phone call that was still not answered. Top notch service.

I absolutely am dissatisfied. My waiter did not know what a chile pepper was. He also told me I had to order a large portion of nachos when I asked for a small portion. This is my first time here and I will not be back. Worst service

Held a Novi Rotary happy hour there. The manager, Alex, and wait staff were awesome! They accommodated our group of 24 efficiency and pleasantly!! The food was wonderful! Would hold another event there in the future!!

Their advertisement said Open on Easter. They even took my reservation for my family of four for 4pm. To our surprise when we arrived they were closed. I didnt even receive a phone call - just rude and bad business.
