Havent been to Hooters in a few years decided to go Tuesday night at 9pm with a first time customer. There was no hostess or greeter we sat ourselves. They had some kind of music bingo going on,which was music blaring songs for 10 seconds at a time. The waitress took our drink order and it took 15 mins for a water and pop. We ordered an appetizer and our meals at the same time. After about 30 mins still no appetizer,our waitress had gone missing as well. Tables who arrived after us got there food before us. Around 45 mins after ordering our food came out followed by our appetizer. The other girls brought us our food,still no sign of our waitress. We didnt have anyone refilling our drinks that whole time. The other waitresses were socializing. Then our waitress came and asked if we needed anything after she was nowhere in the restaurant for most of the time we were there. which ended up taking almost an hour and a half on a slow night. By far the worst service Ive ever experienced anywhere ever. We almost just paid for the pop and water and left. The food was good,but not worth the horrible service. I still left a tip even knowing the bad service.

Today i order my food online. They as in hooters told me to come pick my food up at 8:36 pm i arrive at 8:34 pm pay what i owe for my food witness with own eyes the chef put my order up the host lady kept walking past my order i suggest she look and see if its my order she tells me no thats not your order without even looking maybe 17 minutes go by i watched her go grab my food the same food she didnt even bother to look at then she tried to give it to me. When i asked her why didnt you just look she said i really thought that was mike order but i said you didnt even check. I left at 9:21 pm for a 20 piece i order online at 8:16 pm bad customer service

Years ago, my family & I used to frequent this location every other weekend. However, Sunday night (02/14/2016) was AWFUL! My boyfriend & I went for the All-Star game & we stood at the door for 5 minutes before we were addressed. Even then, the young lady had an attitude. Took 10 minutes for drinks, 40 minutes for wings & 15 minutes for ranch. Our waitress must have been new because she wasnt the brightest. We had the shrimp for an appetizer & it was cold. Just a horrible experience. Never going back.

Our waitresses were very nice and accommodating. The food, however, was not very good. Most of us ordered wings of various flavorings and preparation. All of our orders arrived overcooked and dry. One of us ordered a burger and even that wasnt much better. The Lots A Tots was the saving grace in that situation. Considering the exorbitant cost of their menu items, youd expect the food to reflect the amount that youre spending. If youre going in search of good eats, steer clear of this place.

Wings, sports and girls; theres no better combo. The girls have gone down hill over the years and with new restaurants opening with a similar gimmick it must be tough to get the best and youngest girls. The orange shorts and tight tops are iconic though and still worth a trip. The wings are some of the best, I like mine fully bread with the chipotle honey sauce. Known for wings, the fried shrimp is pretty good too along with the fries. As an app, get the loaded tater tots, there amazing.

This used to be a great chain... Service is sub-par and food quality overall has been terrible last few visits. Monday night at 8:20 walked in was told.to "sit anywhere", obviously she doesnt want her section full. Wandered over to a table, dirty, no menu and wasnt given one. Sat down for a minute then decided it wasnt going to be worth it and left. Sorry Hooters that was the last chance...

Ive been to Hooters all over the country, and this has been by far the worst experience Ive had. Over an hour for two orders of boneless wings to come to the table. Getting a second beer would not have been possible if the manager didnt come by, sevice was minimal. Honesty would never recommend this restuarant to anyone for any reason.

The wings used to be good before when it was the whole wing..now eventho they claim that they are bigger, my opinion is that they shrunk and they charge 7 bucks more for a 50 piece...then no beer specials..service was mediocre but if i wanted to spend 100 bucks on dinner id rather go to j baldwins, not a crappy wing joint

I went to see the pacquiao fight. Upon getting there they charged me $10 because the fight was showing. I have never been charged before at a hooters. The waitress tried to let other people sit at are tables calling it stadium seating...just avoid this location.

It is a very good hooters with lots of cheery young ladies. Wings are best naked with cajun and hot mixed. The batter can be too heavy in my opinion. Beers are cold and tasty. Really nice patio where on a nice day they will hula hoop for you.

Waitress charged my card twice once for 89 and then for my bill. Not sure where she got 89 dollars from my bill was only 30. Not to mention service was slow and she forgot my drink after I ordered it. Food was good but service was terrible.

Hooters used to be a decent bang for the buck, but not anymore... All breading and very little meat.. Its always very loud in there, for no apparent reason.
