This location has a great feel to it; the staff are always nice, and nobody looks dead-eyed or burnt out when they take your order. The owner is usually around and is super personable. With all that said, the drinks here are abysmal. I can count on one hand the amount of times Ive actually gotten the correct order without having to send it back at least once. Im a picky person and I recognise that, but I shouldnt have to worry about wether or not my drink is made with soy. I can understand not getting kids temp or extra hot directions right every time, and I can understand botching flavour rules every now and then. But it shouldnt be something that I as the customer have to worry about every time when choosing a local Biggby to go to. I havent used their bathroom but Im assuming its like all the other Biggbys around Michigan and a single-stall.

When I went here two guys were arguing loudly in the parking lot. It didnt come to blows but it was ugly. Then one of the guys comes in and starts raving to himself like a crazy person. The cowardly employees ducked into the back room and left me in the dining area alone with this person until he left. Its good he left before people with small children showed up. Even if this sort of thing doesnt happen often, Id never want to go back.

The baristas here are always so fun and energetic! They know their drinks, and a great at making them. Its always clean inside and outside of the store. Only downfall is the price for a cup of tea! I rarely go here cause its so pricey!

We sat in the drive-through for about 15 minutes. I love me some Biggby but when all we ordered was an iced coffee and iced chai, we couldnt figure out what took 15 minutes :( drinks were still delicious as always though.
