Dear Blue Plate, As a concerned neighbor who doesnt want to see your business fail, please take these simple suggestions as "tough love". 1. Your not visible enough! Stop being cheap and hire someone to spin a sign out front instead of simply parking your sadly emblazoned Trailblazer in a nearby vacant field. 2. Your food is decent but the service is awful, it takes way too long to get in and out of there....even when the place is nearly empty....which it often is. 3. Rethink your menu options by offering fresh locally grown products and or all organic ingredients, Nobody under age 50 wants to eat at a "greasy spoon" any more. 4. You need to expand your hours, also consider rebranding yourselves as an evening coffeehouse with ambiance, free wifi and perhaps by hosting an acoustic music night. Just some thoughts

My wife and I were regular customers here, but we had a bad experience a couple days ago that will keep us from ever going back. When you order a steak with eggs and you ask for it medium rare it shouldnt come out purple/very red and cold in the middle. I always get my steaks medium rare but this was just RAW !!!! So I asked our waitress if she could just have the " cook " warm it up for me a little more, she took the steak back and told the punk I mean " cook ",he then proceeded to say this was " my fault " and " he should know how he wants his damn steak cooked almost screaming, I could hear every word he had to say about me. This restaurant claims to be a small family, military owned establishment. If you want to keep up a good reputation blue plate fire that scum bag in youre kitchen.

Early this year when Ashley Court closed and families were trying to find places for their loved ones. My family was very lucky for my mom. When we worked all day moving my mom we were all very hungry. We walked over to the restaurant and they were just locking up. They went in turned EVERYTHING back on let us in and served our whole family . Have never known a place like that. The people who are there go there way out to make everyone comfortable. Now wheel my mom there at least once a week and always feel appreciated on the great people who work and own this place. Everyone needs to give this place a try Thank you again Blue diner plate.

As far as diners go this one is fantastic. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice and homey with zero tvs which we actually like. My favorite dishes are the almost everything omelette, the homemade corned beef hash, and the blue plate benedict. One of the hidden aspects of this place is the option for Gluten Free bread or pita bread. They dont advertise it but it is available and it is good. To top it off the staff is very friendly.

Dining here since they opened. Love the atmosphere. The owner likes to go around and say hi to his customers. All waitstaff is wonderful and friendly. The food is great...my favorite breakfast place. The only place around that makes you feel like you are in a small town diner with friends. They even have a wall for Veterans and celebrate our country with USA themes throughout. In the world of Franchises, this is a nice departure.

I love breakfast, friendly service and good value. This place nails them all. Lots of options. I did the Almost Everything omelette and it was delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. Ill be back. Thanks guys. Day 2, chicken omelette with hash browns, awesome. Patriotic place. Felt great eating here.

The "homemade corn beef hash", potatoes, with two eggs was truly that and delicious, plenty of food. For $1more I had the gluten free toast. My husband had the half order biscuit with sausage gravy. He said the gravy was tasty with a generous serving of sausage. Waitress friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Blue plate is the quintessential small town diner. Awesome homemade food, great family vibe from the staff, never dirty or dusty, and you can tell they believe in the american spirit with their Americana theme, Veterans wall, and christian rock music. We dont go nearly enough, but we are never disappointed.

Ive enjoyed dining at the Blue Plate. Their daily specials cant be beat price-wise and taste-wise! Their only shortcoming is they always seem understaffed. If they need 3 servers, they only have 2. When they need 4, like at Sunday lunchtime for the after church crowd, they only have 3, and so on.,,

Ive never been here, but it was delicious!! Very quick service and cute little dining area. I ordered chicken tenders and they were very meaty and the breading wasnt super thick, but crunchy and had a good flavor. Definitely good if you want home style food at a reasonable price. Yum :)

So irritating....came in to order a Greek salad to go and the wait staff ignored me for like 10 minutes. Was standing by the counter and they wouldnt even make eye contact. The two wait staff argued with each other and the cook....it was just rude and will never go back.

We love Blue Plate. Their staff is always very friendly and go above and beyond on days my wife and I come in with our two young kids. Food is great, prices are very fair, and we have been close to a dozen times and not yet had a bad experience.

Ive been here several times and Ive never been disappointed. They cook everything with love and even their salads taste special. I dunno where they get their carrots but theyre sweet, not bitter. The owner and staff are always friendly too.

This place has gone progressively downhill ever since they opened. Theres one waitress there that always complains loudly. We stopped dining there. Theres many other restaurants in the area that are much better.
