As a business owner myself, I have never experienced such bad customer service from customers, other business professionals etc. I have never written a review, however my experience here last weekend inspired me to write. I have never been to a worse establishment than Side Tracks. We were told certain drinks were a certain price. When we finally received our bill, they were more than triple the price, so we had the waitress adjust it. After 2 more adjustments and 40 minutes later, the bill still wasnt correct at which point we asked for the manager and the waitress expressed an attitude, gave us a pen and paper and said "here, you write down your order and what you want to pay for". The waitress had told us that there was not a manager on duty (Saturday night). After being fed up with all we had gone through, we walked the bill to the bar to pay what was fair. At this point, a manager walks up and assures us he was there all night and that theres nothing he can do. This was the absolute worst experience me and my friends have ever experienced and needless to say, we will spread the word and will never be back.

I try to order something new every time I get a take-out. Wonderful food, and the staff from my experience has been wonderful. Apparently a couple of people have had a bad experience but they are definitely an anomaly. By far the best food that Ive had locally. If youre a fish n chips person do yourself a favor and get them. Theyll make you rethink life and the meaning of it, but also appreciate the decisions that youve made (mistakes and all) that lead you to the very moment that you take that first bite.

The Prime Rib (so tasty and tender) and Clam Chowder was EXCELLENT! The night I was there Alan Turner & The Steel Horse Band played LIVE! What a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Dana Bradshaw lead guitar, Lapeer home town sensation, Freddie August on keyboard and saxophone, Aaron Christoff on drums, Heather Nicole vocals, Randy Lopez on bass, and Allen Turner the band leader! Great Times, Great Food, and Great Music! This is a country band that Rocks! And so does Side Tracks Bar & Grill.

Went to Side Tracks as a part of a party of 6 adults. Staff squeezed us into 1 booth. Waitress not only got some of our orders completely wrong, but both mine and two others received our appetizers after our main meals were served. Food was only mediocre, drinks were decently made but small for the price. Save yourself the hassle - Applebees is just down the road and is by far a much better bang for your buck.

we thought the food was ok...I had salmon which was fantastic, but my husband had meatloaf--not real flavorful, but ok. The place is spotlessly clean, and the service is extremely good, but the place is TOO NOISY! A table of people in a distant corner made so much noise, we could not visit ourselves. Maybe it is the open ceiling, but sounds are magnified...does not make for a pleasant dining experience.

I have been here twice which the first time was awesome. The second time last Friday o. The 5th of August was the worst experience. We were seated with no menus or silverware. We ordered drinks and an appetizer (chips and salsa) took an hour and 3 times of asking how long it takes for this to be made. We left very upset (with no food). I do t think I will ever go back again. Worst service ever.

We love the food. The waitresses and bartenders are exceptional. Cleanest restaurant around. Easy to visit on one side or enjoy the entertainment in the other side. Very comforable and homey. Decor is very pretty. The owner, Francis is always around and runs the buisness very well., always there to help or shake a hand. Nighttime activities and bands are so much fun. A great star of Lapeer.

Will edit my review once I go here more often. Side note: Dont pay attention to the review about having the owners around. I believe seeing the owners shows that they are dedicated and are willing to receive comments or complaints during production hours. You know the place will always keep up. Also, if you have a big group, maybe you should call in advance? Think.

I have never experienced this bad of customer service anywhere in my life! My boyfriend was cursed at by a bartender for trying to cancel a drink order ( I had already ordered and received a couple of drinks). He then repeated what she had said to him, and was asked to leave by management. Unbelievable! Never going there again, and would advise people to just STAY AWAY

Several times I have come to Side Trax for an event with Lapeer teachers. The service has been slow each time. We were there last Thursday, had two beers paid a $14.00 check with cash only to be accused of not paying our tab at all. When it first opened there seemed to be a passion for food and service, my last couple of trips it seemed to be lacking.

The food is great, I really like the potato boats appetizer and the sandwiches or pizza for an entree. The owner and/or manager have frequently checked in with me when Ive eaten here, I get the impression they really care about the customers. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is the service has been a little hit-and-miss for me.

Love the drinking and dancing. They promote local bands. Fun, reasonable. Really good food. Diana works here, smoking hot and super server. Loveyou Diana! Tonight, comedy show featuring local talent as well as Marvin Lee, out of Atlanta.. Really great show. Well worth the $15. Side Tracks, keep doing what you are doing!

I went to this bar last night for the first time. The live band was decent, the drinks were fairly priced but I got two Jim beam and cokes and they tasted watered down. The atmosphere was nice; dim light and you had both young and older people there. Not bad if your in the area looking for something to do on a Saturday night.

Hosted our 20 year high school reunion at Sidetracks. Francis and the team were nothing but accommodating. Relaxed environment, food was great, staff fantastic. Could not have asked for more. Very reasonable cost for all that they did for us. Would recommend them to anyone for a large party.

Great kithen staff and great owners. Everyone is very nice. Pulled pork was so awsome tasting. Very nice waitresses. A few of the cool things I noticed was the outside seating and table area, the many giant screen tvs placed all around, and live music. Owe did I mention super good pizza.

Owners are, how can I say it? Fancis & Liz are a lil strange/weird. They have no clue on how to correctly train new employees. I hear food sucks. I asked a customer how was everything & they responed not that good & laughed. Nice staff but owners seem abusive to new employees.

Awesome food! We were just there today for Fiesta Tuesdays and had the steak fajita salad and gorditas... YUM! Service was exceptional. We were even greeted at the table by the owners who were very friendly and personable. We will definitely be coming back!!
