A REAL REVIEW: alot of the reviews are BS and people dont take into account the variables we have here. First - Howell location = local resident staff. If your order gets screwed up from time to time, remember.. They probably attended Howell Public Schools.. Not their fault, they are doing their best. So for that we automatically have to remove 1 star. Second - Howell location = Howell customers. If anyone is complaining that it takes long to get their food or that its busy or that the lobby is a mess just remember.. You have Howell customers trying to comprehend to the menu, trying to scrounge up the remainder of Fridays paycheck on a Tuesday to pay for a coffee and they dont understand what a trash can is or how to push in a chair. Howell customers, remove 1 star. Once you factor in these variables and comprehend that this is not the Brighton Tim Hortons its actually not bad. The coffee is hot and fresh, you sometimes get service with a smile and at the end of the day, be thankful its not a Tim Hortons on the East side of metro Detroit.

Let me just start off by stating i have been to many many Tim Hortons. This location by far is the worst one i have visited. Food Quality wise at this location is horrible, cold, under cooked, stale donuts, luke warm coffee. Whats even worse are the workers here are complete *******. Apparently my credit card got declined here even tho i just used it before i arrived? I stopped inside the gas station and used it after and it was fine. Also often times my order was in correct. Today was my last straw with this location, my bacon and cheese sausage biscuit was literally refrigerated cold and completely gross. I Hope HR or corporate reads this because you guys seriously need to reconsider a few things at this location.

Terrible early morning crew. Challenged all of our orders in the drive through. Waited 10 minutes for food at the window with zero cars in front of us. Missing a hash brown and they decided to fill one of our coffees beyond capacity without closing the lid entirely, spilling the (wrong) coffee in the car. I dont expect all early morning joints to be happy-go-lucky morning people, but for goodness sake, if youre going to do a job without an ounce of emotion, at least do it correctly. If I could give this experience less than a star, I absolutely would. Waste of $11.15..

I keep hoping my experiences will get better because the location is good for me. Unfortunately my last 4 visits have been bad. My drink is only partially filled, my bagel is barely toasted and has a layer of cream cheese so thin its like someone put cream cheese on then decided to scrape it all off. Only one side of the bagel has cream cheese on it. I feel rushed through the whole process, like its a race. I appreciate trying to be speedy, but not at the expense of quality and genuine courtesy. I cannot return.

This Tim Hortons is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW! Save time and go 2 miles down the road and use the one on M59. I have been to this one a handful of times and each time have been super disappointed. Waited over 15 minutes in a drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. I get my breakfast sandwich home and it was very sloppy. Um if youre going to take over 15 minutes to make me one sandwich it can at least have the cheese on the sandwich and not laying half on the paper.

They cant even toast a bagel and when you ask for cream cheese on it. They put butter on it, because they sound so much alike. And when you get your food. Its a mess in the bag you cant even grab it out of the bag and not get your food all over yourself. You would be better off not eating and not wasting your money. To be honest Im suprised they can make a coffee correctly

Sent my husband to get me breakfast while I am 37 wks pregnant after he just worked all night. Both hash browns were rock hard and burnt to a crisp. Two of the four breakfast sandwiches were so burnt they bread was unrecognizable. This is a brand new location, I cant believe how terrible this food was and twice the price of McDonalds. Never again.

Tim Hortons is a good place to go when you want to punish yourself with eating. The food isnt toxic, but it tastes like it. You can get both a self-loathing feeling cramming cheap grease shaped-like-food into yourself AND Nauseous self hatred. All in all it makes for good penance.

We ordered 2 drinks, one coffee and one cappuccino. We were in the drive thru for more than 5 min sitting at the window . This hasnt been our first visit to this location everytime this has been a issue never going back to this location

This location is right off the highway and is easy to get to. The staff was nice and was not crowded. Their Iced Capp Supreme had a lot of whipped cream added and was very good on a warm day.
