The coffee shop does have a very friendly staff. However, on their website they say "we have invested in top-of-the-line equipment and training for our Baristas to ensure that every espresso shot that we serve is the perfect shot". Because of this I decided to get an double shot of espresso. It was the worst shot I have ever tasted. The entire shot was pulled in 8 seconds (it should take ~25) which, resulted in the most acidic, vile tasting liquid and had zero crema. Normally, I dont mind shops that have bad espresso but if youre going to advertise that you have "trained" baristas that pull the "perfect" shot then thats what you should have instead of lying about it to get more customers.

Went strictly for their coffee and sampled some ice cream in the process. I got a black iced coffee and my girlfriend got an affogato with caramel crunch (IIRC) ice cream. Ice cream was on point and drinks were delicious. The affogato was amazing due to both the flavor of the espresso and the ice cream choice. Dinged 1 star for their price and fact that they use Hershey ice cream (I was expecting homemade, but Hershey is delicious), but that wont stop me from returning when driving through in the future.

This coffee shop is excellent! Their lattes here are delicious. I usually stop by for breakfast or lunch during the work week. The food menu is simple but very good, especially the sandwiches and paninis. If you want ice cream, they have that too! All sorts of flavors. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I like that theres a chess set so that my coworker and I can enjoy our breakfast and sip on our drinks while playing a game. Wish there was on in California!

Absolutely the best West Ann Arbor coffee spot (and they have great little sandwiches and original salads too!). They have a top-of-the-line Simonelli espresso machine, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Im always in a "big hurry" on my way to work, and they graciously allow me to call in my order and have it ready for me so Im caffeinated and on-time to work! Prices are reasonable, and its a locally owned business. Win!

I discovered this coffee house/ice cream shop, as its near the closest movie theater to my house (Quality 16). But Ive come to crave the amazing Oatmeal Cookie ice cream they have--and enjoyed everything else Ive ordered as well! They have games to play if you care to stay and hang out, a great atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly and provides great service. Definitely a treat!

Nice place thats within walking distance for me (although Jackson Rd can be scary). Like that they have board games and its a semi-relaxed atmosphere. Their espresso shakes are excellent!

A fantastic old-fashioned ice cream parlour. The food is fantastic, but they need to hire some help for busy periods -- we waited 45 minutes for three scoops of ice cream and a sundae.
