The staff here were friendly, thorough, meticulous and demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. We purchased a brand new La Marzocco - our biggest purchase for a new cafe. They offered installation, send a free cafe starter kit, and we even got a free training class. I give them our absolute highest rating, period.
