I walked in at 0600 on a Sunday to find an empty lobby with no staff around. After about 4-5 minutes of waiting, someone finally walked out from the back. Her hands were in her pockets and her demeanor was more of annoyance than customer service. She slowly walked to the counter and asked for my order. I ordered a regular coffee and noticed 2 pots on top of the warming plates. I asked if the coffee was fresh and was told "that is all we have". I asked again how fresh the coffee was and was met with another rude comment. After my coffee was poured and I left the store, my first sip left a burnt taste in my mouth. I am a paramedic working on an ambulance which does not allow for return trips. I called to inform the staff about their burnt coffee and was again met with an attitude. The person on the phone was the same sound lady who took my order. I let her know that the coffee that I questioned its freshness was indeed not fresh. She said that I could return and I can get a new cup, which again my job does not allow. I informed the worker that I could not return and she took down my name for a free coffee. This attempt at customer satisfaction was, in my opinion, unacceptable. I should not have to take more time out of my day to return to a place where I asked if the coffee was fresh in the first place. I guess customer satisfaction is not a priority at this store.

First off. I sat in Line (Next to be served) for 30 minutes before I finally got served. Then spent 10 minutes while she figured out how to put my order in. I asked for a simple Egg and Bacon Bagel with JUST Egg and Bacon on it with a Large Pepsi and Hash brown. Another 15 minutes go by before I got my food and it was COMPLETELY WRONG. I asked her to correct it and the only thing they corrected was the Bacon. I didnt ask for Tomato or Cheese. And I had to ask for my Hash Brown because they forgot it, another 10 minutes before I got that. And when I went they were not busy AT ALL. I will NEVER Return to a place where they cant get a simple order correct. Employees are all concomitant. If anyone is reading this. DO NOT EAT HERE! There are a lot better Tim Hortons all over than this Crap.

I dont typically write reviews but I just experienced the Worst Tim hortons Ive ever been to!!! I should have read the reviews before going!!! We were traveling from Chicago to Detroit and this was the first tim hortons along the way so we decided to go in for breakfast. The lady at the counter taking our order was not only noticeably aggitated after seeing us, but was also being extremely rude. Our order came completely messed up and the food was terrible. We were too agitated and ready to leave... and then realized they forgot half our order.... Be warned DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This is a terrible Tim Hortons restaurant. We visited the drive thru window, to find the speaker full of static. We asked for 2 particular items that are on the menu...were told each item....not available. Asked for an assortment of timbits .... got mainly plain cake timbits, with 2 glazed and the coffee I ordered was running over the top and down the sides. I understand sometimes a restaurant runs out of items, but, seriously..at least make an effort toward good customer service

OMG! Horrible service. I went in there Sunday, 7/31/16 and i stood at the counted for about 1.5 minutes until I was even spoken too (even though the cashier girl was directly in front of me. When I finally was greeted, She was rude and didnt smile. The only good experience here was the young man that made my sandwich. When he handed it to me jhe smiled and told me to have a good day. When I sat down the window was covered in dead bugs a spider webs. Gross

Always out if SOMETHING every time I go. Last time, they were out of every meat for every breakfast wrap, and hash browns. I asked for a grilled cheese with bacon and I got a grilled ham and swiss instead. Just ordered an iced capp and theyre out of large cups. Whoever does their inventory/ ordering needs a serious evaluation of competence. Its my fault that I went back, just ordered another grilled cheese with bacon and got a grilled chicken sandwich.

Absolutely F***** Horible!!! Ive been to this location on a few different times of day, and everytime the service was subpar. Almost always never have hashbrowns, or the peppers for my farmers wrap. Coffee has been lukewarm at best like its been sitting in the pot for an extended period of time. Employees acted like they just didnt care. Will never come back to this location again!

Everytime we order from this place they are out of things or we get the wrong order. I just ordered a grilled cheese and when I opened it, it was a plain bagel with a few slices of American cheese..the cheese wasnt even melted. This has to be a joke. I wish I could post a picture. This would be hilarious if I didnt just pay $4.00 for it.

Took forever to get a small coffee and assorted doughnuts. The coffee was burnt and SCALDING hot. The doughnuts were inedible. One I tried tasted like cleaning solution and one my son said tasted bad actually smelled and tasted like vomit. Ive never had food this disgusting! Just hoping were not all violently ill tomorrow....

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Anytime we go there they are out of everything. Just left there they had plain donuts and maple nothing else. You wil wait for ever just for coffee with no one else in line.

Much better than the competition down the street! Very well served! Though I wish the menu was more clear because I couldnt find a chai latte on it, though I settled for a delightful mocha latte. Very lovely!

It took forever to get an ice tea in the drive through, because the van in front of me had a huge order. Most businesses have them pull forward and pearl. Not this location.
