Me and my husband did not like the sandwiches there..the smoothie as well, wasnt at the level that we expected, just the fresh fruits were ok..even the guy who did an order for us, he didnt put my order and he did repeat what i ordered and as we sit down i didnt even get my food so that was ridicilous..their customers service is just poor they didnt handle that situation at all...so we wont be back!! Definitely waste of money on something that isnt even that great of a taste!!!!

I go here every Friday to get lunch for my wife and I. Sometimes we will go on the weekends, but to a different location. Every smoothie is delicious, I love the buffalo chicken wrap, and they have online ordering through the website or an app that helps you skip the line and earn points for free smoothies or $5 off every $55 spent. So very customer friendly and very good. They have a kids smoothie with chocolate and bannanas that I honestly get for myself sometimes lol.

I wind up coming to Tropical Smoothie occasionally because its close to my work and there are only so many food options in the area. The smoothies and sandwiches taste good, but have become prohibitively expensive over time. At this point, a visit costs more than full sit-down meals in nearby restaurants, and its just hard to come away without feeling like youve overpaid.

Ive never experienced such a frantic atmosphere and lack of customer service as this TSC location on weekdays during lunch hours. Ive had several wrong orders, been ignored, been complained to by staff about fellow employees, and more. The food/smoothies are always amazing- but if there was a comparable food/smoothie place in the area, I would never return.

The food at Tropical Smoothie Cafe is by far the best, but they really need to get their staff management together. When another company spends at least $80 with another company and cant get the accomendation that is offered because of always being "short staffed" is not acceptable. Over promised and under delivered....literally.

Really loving these smoothies. My favorite is the island green. Wouldnt have thought Id like it from the ingredients list but it tastes great! My husband and I have been frequently grabbing them for a quick lunch on the go. The smoothies are really large.

The smoothies are delicious and a great pick me up when I want something healthier than coffee. The staff is super friendly. My only complaint is that I wish there were more fruit in the smoothies so turbinado wasnt necessary for a sweet smoothie.

Very good! I got a berry muscle blaster and my girlfriend got a sunrise sunset and we were both happy. Bill came to about $10 and we were served very quickly.
