Place is kept too cold and music is really loud. When asked to adjust the volume, instead of turning it down we were told we were the 1st to complain like it would make a difference to us :) Smoothies have been had to be remade on more then 3 occasions. The other 2 I just dealt with it because I couldnt wait for it. I like this franchise but I avoid this location. I know this is a busy location but the staff needs more training (especially on the smoothies) and the operation needs to be more efficient.

Apparently this location likes to mess peoples smoothies up. They charge you to add stuff into the smoothie then dont put it in. I called to complain and was tool theres nothing they are willing to do about their mistake! Go to any other location, its worth going a few miles out of the way for better service!!!

Service was fast, but front desk worker would not make "strawberry lemonade" because it was not on the menu. I frequently get this smoothie at their clio location. So I find it hard to believe that another franchise location couldnt make it.. Three stars for the mango smoothie I got instead and fast service.

Wonderful food and service. It was a Friday night, and we went early knowing that there would be a crowd there and wanted some quiet time. The food is excellent, and you can get a lot of food or smaller portions.

Great smoothies. Its a little bit expensive, but its a healthy, fresh option and the sizes are generous. I just wished they could make them faster. My favorite is the triple berry oat.

1st.. yes it is cool inside. Perfect place to be if your hot looking for a cold smoothie to cool off. Prices are reasonable and the food is surprisingly good.

Its quick & easy. My only complaint is that they dont serve smoothies that are one serving. Also the amount of sugar in each is frightening. Food is decent.

There is usually a long wait if you go during lunch time, just a heads up. You can place orders online, however, you cant use coupons online when you pay :(
