Lord where to I begin? First, the ordering process is stupid. I had to write my order down on a brown paper bag and even after writing it down the people making the sandwich still couldnt get it right. I had marked wheat bread and ended up with stale, hard nasty bread. The bacon was freaking bacon bits not actual bacon. There was little to no lettuce on the sandwich and only a single tomato the size of a half dollar. Next the workers expected a tip and made it clear out loud were customers could hear, that their work is worthy of a time. Negative ghost rider if you want a tip serve tables. I personally had to write my own order down and hand it to the clerk who in return placed the order in the system. So double work for one thing... I should not give a tip to someone if Im doing the freaking work for them. Especially if the sandwich tasted like complete crap and order was wrong. Avoid this place. You can spend half the cost on something twice as good. Trust me avoid this place.

In the 1993 movie "Demolition Man", the winner of some futuristic restaurant war is Taco Bell, so all eateries in the future are Taco Bell. However, if this were an actuality, Which Wich would reign supreme... or is that "Superior"? I cant remember a place where the food is so tasty and the selection so diverse, that I am actually planning my next sandwich selection before walking out the door! It is that good. Stop reading this, turn off your computer and go to Which Wich. In fact, Im on my way there right now!

Received wrong sandwich. Called store and told them I was coming back and to get the correct sandwich. They apologized and supposedly made me a new one. Upon arriving, I waited only to receive the original sandwich that someone else had received by mistake and returned. After getting home with all 3 of the sandwiches I ordered, they were all thrown in the trash. Disgusting taste. Toppings were old, especially the avocado. The lettuce and tomatoes were a soggy mess. Do not recommend this location.

Wait took forever, Health rating is an 80 for crying out loud. I thought to myself "ok theres a lotta people here" but when I got back home to eat the sandwich I saw a huge hair inside my sandwich which was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldnt go back unless their health rating goes from an 80 to at least a 99. Folks please look at the health rating before you go and eat at an establishment for crying out loud, dont take my word for it.

Overcharged for an extra drink, eventhough I specifically questioned whether the order was correct and she assured it was. Additionally, they did not ask whether we wanted our sandwiches hot or cold (other locations ask you to specify on the bag). They toasted all of them which would not have been the preference. Toppings were missing and those that werent were skimpy. Will not be returning to this location.

So many varieties of hot sandwiches including options for kids. I got the BLT with avocado added. It was awesome because the bacon was crispy bits versus long strips of bacon you have to ration with each bite. They also had a Gold Peak tea machine where I could fill up on my sweet green tea while my husband got his unsweet tea. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Will definitely be going back!

The employee which I gave my order to provided great customer service. However ,the employee preparing my actual sub was rude and had the look that she hated her job the entire time. I told her thank you when she called my name for the sub and she just gave me a look of disgust. I prepared which wich until this. Jimmy johns is where I will take my business in the future.

The air doesnt work so they say. Staff not friendly started breaking everything down 45 mins before they closed an was trying to discurage customers comi g in that they were trying to close.

The restaurant was nice and clean, the staff is always nice, theres never a line when i go, the food was awesome and made to perfection. The best part of their sandwiches are their bread!

French dip was served with cold au ju. Sandwich was small, very little meat, also not warm. Still tasted good. I was really hungry though. In a different mood I would have complained.

I usually have an appointment nearby so Ive been dying to go here. I finally went in there and we just walked out. People were obviously drunk and smoke was heavy inside there.
