I have met friends for lunch once a month for the past 18 -19 months at the Niller Rd location. We have always had great service and compensated our waitress and waiters well. Today was the worse experience, Food was mediocre, slow and rude service. The waitress told us we couldnt use coupons for soup and salad which we have always been able to. So she sent the manager over and he told us we could use them. The manager was asked for a 2nd time after we waited more than 20 minutes for soup to be served after we had finished our salad. One persons order didnt come out with everyone elses and the waitress said another wait took her order. Well if she had been more efficient in collecting our order there wouldnt have been a problem. The manager did give us give cards to compensate but the amounts were all different. When the waitress brought our receipts and change she made a remark that caused us all to not give her a tip. Overall a really bad experience. going to select a new location for our monthly gatherings.

I love the olive garden and I usually have a good server but today the experience was not so good. The server was talking way too fast that we had to repeatly ask what she was saying. The were doing wine samples today my sister asked for a sample of the wine it was like 2 teaspoons in the glass. I looked around the room at everyone else sample glasses and yep low and behold up to the fatty part of the glass. She acted as if she didnt want to be there. We had to ask for to-do boxes for all 3 of us. She sucked as a server. Had to ask for refills on our endless soup. She didnt smile much at all real stone face. When I decide to go again, i will not sit down if shes my server.(Brittney). Thank you but no thank you, Was a loyal customer!

Olive Garden war total überlaufen, eine längere Wartezeit. Dann aber schnell unser Essen bekommen und die übliche gute Qualität. Von der Bolognese Sauce war ich leider etwas enttäuscht, da hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Aber die Breadsticks, der Salat und auch die Suppe sind super. Als Vorspeise hatten wir Spicy Shrimps - sehr empfehlenswert.

One of my absolute favorite places to come have lunch - the soup and salad is certainly enough to be filling, but there are plenty of other options. Staff is always very friendly, and a free sample of wine is always welcome. While this is pricier than my normal lunch venues, you get a ton of food for what you pay, so I really cant complain. Also excellent drink selection both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. If youre not sure about wine, try the moscato, its the best!

Olive Garden is kind of overrated these days. Back in the day, Olive Garden use to be the bomb. The food tasted way better in the 90s and the service was outstanding. The Flint Miller Road locations customer service quality has certainly plummeted over the years. Its a damn shame when you ask for a breadsticks refill and youre forgotten about. Make you feel like an important customer. Maybe they felt we didnt need the extra bread because were chubby I dont know.

I had the Chicken Parmesan. It came with spaghetti and complimentary cheese topped. It was delicious. The famous breadsticks were as great as always. Salad was good. Only complaint with the salad was the stingyness on croutons. Make sure to ask for extra if you want more than 2 per plate. I was also disappointed that the waitress didnt offer to box our meals. Very good ambience and the waitress was VERY hospitable and polite.

Horrible service, never going back to this location. 2 bad visits in a row. Salad had visibly brown (way past edible brown) lettuce, missing dressing. Food was served missing sauce. Their solution for missing sauce was to bring a saucer with a small portion on it that quickly skinned over. By the time i actually received the sauce, my food was cold. The manager gave a whole $2 discount on a $40 check for just 2 of us.

Called to ask about lunch specials and was told by a very rude person she could not tell me because she didnt know what I was looking for. I asked again if there were any other other choices other than the soup, salad and bread, and again I was told, with an angry tone she could not tell me without knowing what I was looking for. I was not asking for a run down of the lunch menu, I was asking if there were more choices.

My All around visit here was Great! Me and my two boys was greeted at the front by several staff members who were Very Cheerful and had jokes :) We were Seated Immediately. My Waitress Kristine I believe was her name(sorry,horrible w names)was Awesome!!! She went Above and Beyond for me and my boys, well really our whole section. Our Food was Hot, on Time and Delicious. I would Definitely recommend and go back

As soon as we walked in it was awful..horrible service. Waitress didnt write anything down, kept messing up orders and blaming it on the people in the back never once got the drink we asked for. Poor older ladies next to us didnt even get the right food they were so disappointed and again blamed it on the people in the back like they took the order. Right after I left I got the runs.

Lunch is the best time to come here, you get in quickly and the service is spot on. Went on my lunch hour with a co-worker and we had a wonderful server named Derek who was prompt, courteous, and made our dining experience great. Its been a while since Ive been during their dinner service, so I cant speak on that but my experience today may bring me back soon for a night time meal.

There are a lot of questionable people. My waitress went in the back with my debit card and later that day I had fraudulent charges and more attempts were made the next day but didnt go through. My bank suspected fraud and called me. This was the only place the card left my sight. Not to mention it was a new card and was only used once before as a debit card at a self checkout.

The best thing about flint olive garden was we got to leave. The silverware was dirty .after trying to replace it two times they gave us plastic. These salad was mushy. I thought the bread was made with a stick????? The brown tooth waitress was slow . We pushed the call button but ten minutes later? No less than 10 staff walked buy our red flashing lights. WTF

What in the world is the difference between a "reservation" and "call ahead seating"?? Either way people are being seating before you at a place you were told doesnt take reservations. Way to irritate a lot of people. We will choose somewhere else next time. The food was good and so was our server. Unfortunately their seating policy ruined it for us.

I purchased the $40 worth of food Groupon and tried the sushi. At normal menu prices the sushi is a bit expensive. If you get the Groupon deal, the prices are not that bad. The sushi was very good although the selection was limited to maybe a half dozen rolls. We also got a "Goodfellas" Pizza. Im glad that this.
