Lately, the food hasnt been up to par. This used to be a really good Darden Restaurant but the food isnt always cooked properly. There is a stitch in the entire building and its not the cheese. It doesnt even smell clean anymore. The breadsticks are burnt and hard and the soup isnt cooked through how can someone mess something so simple up? We spoke with the management however nothing was done but gave a a mediocre excuse about how they just opened up but the food is lukewarm, idk but Ill pass on coming here in the future. Just isnt any good restaurants unless you drive to the city. Server was extremely nice but very slow and the location wasnt even busy. No refills on drinks and the appetizer came out burnt twice. Totally not recommending this location to anyone anymore. Ive been disappointed more than 4 times this year and its just unacceptable at this point. They dont prebus tables or check up on their clients too much either. Being that Im familiar with the restaurant brand because I was a server in college Im sure the franchise owner wouldnt appreciate his brand so poorly represented. Its so hard to get good service and food nowadays. Very disappointed and disgusted at the food and service. Oh the manager on duty name was Mickie and she adjusted the lasagna off but didnt even mention it when we went to pay for bill the server Cherry told us.

Two years ago I had a pasta pass and went here daily for almost two months straight mostly for take out orders. In that time I would say the customer service for dine in and take out was above average. The food was alright. The accuracy for take out orders was awful though. I would say during the period I had the pasta pass and ordered 8 meals a day for several weeks that my order accuracy was no better than 85%. With more food than I could possibly eat a day it didnt really bother me, but if I was a regular customer and I ordered a pricey pasta with the protein missing I would be upset. Oddly enough the latest pasta pass no longer allows to go orders. So for regular dine in this location is not bad at all. Unfortunately the pasta pass experience burned me out and I havent eaten a plate of pasta or visited this location ever since.

Worst dinning ever.. Waitress Katherine , was not what you would call professional, smirking and facial expressions were like "why did i get stuck with these people". Hey, see your boss and change up tables if you dont like the clientele. Drinks finally come after some time but we are not in a hurry. . Order up and when the soup is brought out we all (4) barely dipped one spoon in when the meal arrived. This is an Italian restaurant correct?. When we commented that a bit more time to space the servings out, /Another look. Did not ask, until suggested: if we wanted to delay that course; but more facial expressions. Then did not come around till we asked another waitress for attention. Maybe just this location as have had good experience in other OGs, this ones definitely off the list.

My husband and I came into today for a nice lunch without the kids, hoping for great service and a great afternoon as this is my favorite restaurant. We were sat within five minutes and everything seemed great. We sat for quite sometime before we were greeted. Then when the manager came over to See if we were okay I asked about salad and bread sticks, I got a dirty look and he answered with "well did you order an entree?" I then replied "well not yet, our waitress hasnt been here yet." He then walked off. 5 min later as our waitress greeted us kindly he tossed the bread sticks onto the table. Very rude. I felt because we are a very young couple we were profiled, not or waitresss fault we left a great tip! Management, very unprofessional

Had a horrible experience on Easter Sunday. I went in for lunch after a long walk and was by myself. The Server Lamar said to me " are you expecting someone else." I replied "no. He then says to me " oh Im so sorry did your date stand you up?" " I guess Ill have to be you best friend today." " So sad." Needless to say I was appalled. He then keep after me to order a appetizer with my meal. I was more appalled when I paid for my meal and he said " well I hope you enjoyed your visit and if not dont say anything to the manager. Food was bad as the appetizer was cold. I left feeling and almost in tears about the way I was treated. I didnt speak to a manager but I did report my experience to their corporate office.

The customer service at this place used to be amazing however, Im not sure what has happened but unfortunately this place has become extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers. It is one thing to make mistakes and spill soup on the back of peoples shirts and another to give customers attitude. Extremely unfriendly and rude customer service sums up our experience the last few times we have been at Olive Garden..I hope corporate does something about the staffing at this Olive Garden location soon so they dont loose their credibility and their loyal customers... If its not already too late.. Please take action there is much room needed for improvement.

The host took my name knowing I was alone but didnt offer me the bar seating. Because of my height the bar seating is preferred. I place my order for unlimited soup salad and breadsticks. They brought me 2 breadsticks. I asked for more. The server brought breadsticks for other patrons but not me. I ordered dessert and chose amaretto tiramasu dolcini. It comes out only as tiramasu the size of a small stack of quarters. The server said she tried to tell me I would want to order more. At $3 each the option wasnt worth it. I was given gift cards to go here but disappointed with my experience.

We took my mother here for her birthday, and she had a seizure at the dinner table. Wanted to leave a review because our waitress was amazing. She promptly packed our food, brought our check, made sure that we didnt need any help or to call 911, and even retrieved the manager who also walked us out and made sure my mother was alright. Our food was prepared correctly and delicious, but I wanted to leave this review because I was amazed by how kind the staff was during an emotional time. I just wish I could remember my waitress name.

Me, my sister and dad came here for dinner tonite on new years eve and it was awesome! Our server by the name of Kendra was super friendly and also really helpful! Our food was made fresh to order and my rigatoni with meat sauce and Italian sausage was cooked to perfection. Not to mention they even had iPads at the table to keep you occupied while you waited for your food. Overall: A I have no complaints about this place whatsoever! Happy new year folks! I always love to eat at this Olive Garden. I have never had any problems with it, but today I had an issue with my entree because Ive noticed that my portions were smaller than usual. So I told my server and she rudely told me she would get the manager. After 10 minutes of waiting (while the people I came with was finishing their meal) the manger finally came and he was being so rude to me. He did not care about what I had to say. I was very disappointed and I am going to call corporate tomorrow.
