Service was appalling! Food was sitting on the counter for nearly 10 minutes before our waitress finally slowed up to bring it out. When she brought it out she forgot the syrup for the pancakes. She then disappeared from the floor and nearly 10 minutes later I had to ask another server to get me some syrup for my now cold pancakes. Another member in our party ordered the chicken strip meal which is $8.00 and it also set on the counter several minutes before being brought out. When it did arrive, it was three very small strips of chicken approximately the size of what the kids get on the McDonalds meal - it was also served with cold potatoes. We had to continually ask other people together locate our server. At one point the manager came over and asked if everything was good. We informed her of how things were going and our disappointment, following it with "typically we have a good experience here". The manager simply replied "in sorry, Ill forward your dissatisfaction to corporate" and dismissed us. This has been a terrible experience followed up by a lack of concern.

Every chance I get to take my daughters to this Bob Evans (possibly once a month or less depending upon how much I work) I always try to take them as a treat. The food is always good and if were lucky the majority of the time we get Will A. As our server. He is simply fantastic and my daughters love him because of his friendliness. He always remembers us and has patience with my daughters while they pick out their food. Weve been going there for close to two years and have NEVER had a bad experience when Will is our server. Even when he is not he stops by to say hello. If Bob Evans goal is to make you feel like family, Will does just that. Because I rarely have time to take my daughters out this particular Bob Evans is always our choice of beginning our Mommy daughter days. Thank you Will, sometimes you really dont know just how much you impact our day.

The Herbed Chicken was delicious. The grilled chicken breasts were a strange compressed patty. The mac-n-cheese was bland and had a sweetness, we did not care for the taste at all. The cucumber salad was mostly onions and very small. The dinner rolls and biscuits were very good. Not bad, not good food overall. Service was good.

Person seating us asking us how many people and talking to someone else, not listening to our answer, also asked table or booth, we said booth and she still not listening and takes us to table, asks about drinks, still not listening and brings wrong drinks.... waitress was good though

First time in any Bob Evans. Dinner one night and breakfast the next morning as I went through town. My son told me they were worth it and he was bang on. Both meals were excellent and the staff were both pleasant and efficient. I would go again if I am ever near Flint.

DIRTY DISHES!!! 3 times in a row. Im not picky but every time you grab a glass you can feel the dried food the last couple guys put on it. Food tastes great still even if its the last guys. I always feel like this restaurant is dirty as well.

We had the best time at this location. I am a small business owner in Ohio. The first Bob Evans started in our great state. You should be very proud of your staff. Our food was outstanding and everything you would expect for a Bob Evans.

Horrible service. Waiter did not come back to table after our food was delivered!!! Horrible managing!! Never got our dessert waited for 45 mins and still no dessert and all we ordered was two Sundaes from the manager.

I havent been there in 2 years.Sign said new manager about 1 year ago but for me this was the worst place on Miller rd. Not clean. Mold on our toast. Dust everywhere.
