I have never wrote a review but its time! I work across the street from this place. Over the pass years, I have had there pizza and it was dry and not enough sauce. so i stop eating pizza from this place especially when my work group decides on this place for lunch. So i tried there fish because they had a meal deal. Was not impress and the fish was soggy another co worker agree. Fish really!!! So i stop ordering that. All was left to really order from this place was chicken & salad. It has been time they misheard my order over the phone. Today i ordered a side salad. I ask what type of side salad they have available the man holler out a few. I said a Cesar salad is good. he holler out Cesar to someone in the back. Get back to my desk and realize its not Cesar but Greek! So i called to tell them they mess up my order he say "i said Greek". I have never ordered a Greek salad because i dont like beets. I told him no i didnt he argue with me. im like forget its no point when his primary language is not English. Maybe he wanted to hear what he wanted. But i know for a fact i would not order a Greek. When i go to restaurant they ask me what type of salad would i like and if, theyre options does not include Cesar. I say no thank you! im upset like at the fact he said well you can take the beets off. uh Sir i dont care for the dressing either !! then he say you can change it out!! wow after my work hrs. So im officially done with this place. Will not receive my business any more.

I am not a picky person. I just want good food and it doesnt take much for me to think that something is good. The delivery drivers are always late. They never handle the food correctly. I get my pizzas with the cheese and toppings all on one side. They would constantly forget things. They would also lie to get a bigger tip. I would ask for the receipt to see how much it was, but the big fat guy would always say he lost it or forgot it. I finally asked over the phone for the amount and it was $16 for an order. Once the big fat guy got to my house i asked him the total and he said $19 without tip. I asked for the receipt and he said he lost it. I ended up not taking the order, The food isnt good at all. They skimp out on the toppings and the pizza has a weird taste to it. The salad isnt fresh. You can tell that the vegetables are old. I found a hair in my salad once. The subways are over cooked that trying to take a bite will destroy the sub. The wings they have are amazing. Always cooked perfectly and they are generous with the sauce. The calzones are left doughy and nasty. The pork ribs are 95% fat and only 5% meat. Over all, this place is going downhill fast. I wonder if they notice that their business is going downhill. I switched over to paisanos. They charge more but it is worth it. Pizza Place is just disgusting from the inside out.

I ordered $38 worth if wings pizza and jalopenio poppers and everything was not only delivered 45the mins after there suggested time but everything was ice cold. I called back that day and J the manager said he would take care of me but didnt say with Wat...so I called back everyday for four days.. they gave me the run around and lyed each time pretending the manager wasnt there...all I asked for was a hot pizza nothing more....on Monday 4I days later j told me he would hook me up ....10 mins later his boy calls back and said the owner said no and would nt so anything for me.....they ruined it for me and now I will only order from the chain stores that actually have a customer service plan in place...buyer beware...these guys do ok sometimes with orders but for the most part they screw people over and lye. 0 out for 10the rating and I will never order from there again and will do my best to not let our 175 employees order either

I dont normally go there, but sometimes I have to. However, every time I notice that there is a one dollar over charge and so I make them recalculate the amount to avoid paying them more than what they deserve. Today, like every time, I called and ordered two large pizza with 6 piece bread sticks and I asked for the total. The person on the phone had me hold for like 30 seconds to calculate it and then said $20. I asked him to itemize it and he goes its 14.99 for the two pizza and 2.99 for the bread sticks plus tax. I said this should come up to l$19 not $20. He goes, 14.99 plus tax is $16 and 2.99 plus tax is $4. I would have assumed that he is making a mistake as he is adding 25% tax on the 2.99 but this is very common practice in that place. I just felt its not worth arguing with a cheap person over a dollar, at least not one more time, but I definitely will never go there again.

I ordered a large vegetable pizza with chicken and it came out to be 16 dollars in total. I opened the box and I was shocked at how plain it was. More like a cheese pizza with 4 olives on it and 4 pieces of chicken. You can literally count the chicken and the vegetables on the pizza. I wish it wouldve at least tasted good. Pizza sauce tasted like the kind you buy at kroger. They charge high prices yet theyre stingy when it comes to their toppings. I usually go to Dearborn Halal Pizza on warren, they are sooo generous with their portions and much lower prices. Their pizzas are FILLED, almost over flowing, with toppings yet their prices never exceed 10 dollars. I am not kidding you when I say you can literally count the toppings on your pizza. I will pay any price for amazing food but Ive ordered around 4 times and each time they were stingy. Def dont recommend this place.

Be careful ordering from them, they sell halal food but the drivers dont mind ripping people off, its happened to several people I know, they used to be good I dont know what happened.... they ripped us off for 20 bucks and when I called the manager said he would fire the guy who did it because they had several complaints, the guy in the green honda is still working there and still ripping people off he uses the excuse of he doesnt have any change I wouldnt have even tipped him because he banged on the door and demanded that we didnt answer it quickly enough (we were coming from upstairs).. I hope he reads this because if he does... this is for him : HasbiAllah wa Na3ama Wakeel You can keep the money since you so desperately needed it.

You gave us the wrong order and your manager refused to give us the correct order. First you gave us the wrong order that I picked in person. We waited over 1 1/2 hour to have the right order delivered. Your manager ask as to produce the old order that we gave to the dog and refuse to give us the right order. I do not know how you can stay in business when you treat your customers this way. You should be ashamed to yourself of the lack of service your company do to their customers. I am ready to tell all my friends NOT to order from your store. I am reporting this to American Express to cancel the charges to my account.
