Because if you go through the drive thru after 10 pm and they forget somrthing on your order, they will make you wait in line again no matter how long it is and then will only get you what they missed. So they tried to make me wait in at least a 15 minute line to get something they forgot. All the while letting my other food get soggy and gross. Refused to remake my whole order since I was going to have to wait. Talk about not taking care of your guest. Im new to Michigan but isnt that what businesses in Michigan are about? Treating everyone like a guest and not just money. Epic fail del taco from a lifetime fan since living in California for the first 13 years of my life. Sad day

They dont provide nutrition data because their food contains trans fats. I can tell because I get acne if I eat here (I only get acne when I eat trans fats). They have some great deals, but not so great if the food is that bad. I agree that some of the items are tiny, but not all, like the half pound burritos. One time the wait was absurdly long, maybe a half hour, and I couldnt leave because I was locked in the drive through lane, and inhaling exhaust of the cars in front and behind the whole time. Other times their speed was fine.

This place makes the Taco Bell up the street seem like eating paste...far superior quality of food. Quick. Clean. Especially like their Del Carbon tacos, as they are almost like getting an authentic taco in Mexican Town (if you like your tacos with grilled meat, doubled-up corn tortilla style, with cilantro and onion - yum!!!). I dont eat much fast food... but whenever Im going to be super busy running errands and need something quick, this is the only fast food in my neighborhood that I go to...

Leaps and bounds beyond other fast food Mexican. While many of their dishes are still Americanized they are more solidly rooted in their origins. The basics like the refried beans, tomatillo sauce, and seasonings on their meats are all well executed and traditional. Ordering street tacos with soft corn tortillas and getting a wedge of lime with it like you ought to lends to its more authentic feel. Its still fast food Mexican, but its darn good fast food Mexican.

I tried Del Taco looking for a good mexican fastfood joint, well the tacos were the size of White Castle Burgers , they should have named them taco bites , which lacked flavor, the best thing on the menu was the fries ( yeah fries at a taco joint ) then the icing for our funnel sticks was frozen because they store them by the drive thru window , so instead if dipping the sticks they just sat in top of the icing........not impressed.

I usually have a good experience at this location, but they have hired some new folks that are not as good as the people they replaced. The food is sooooooooooooo much better than taco bell. The food here is not nearly as salty and the idea regarding flavors in the food is to add sauce which you have choices of mild, medium, hot and scorcho. If you go through the drive thru, you definitely want to check your food before leaving.

Food is fresher than Taco Bell. Prices have creeped up to dine in restaurant levels but I could still get score good deals on Taco Nights and select items, especially in combination with their receipt survey that takes off $1 and valid up to two months. Some of my favorites are fresca bowls, chicken bacon ranch burrito, jacked up burrito, chicken rollers, double del burger, and the discontinued salsa verde nachos.

It took them three times to get my order right and even then I had to point at the picture on the menu so they knew what I had ordered. The food looked like the picture, but it was pretty bland tastewise. I used to really like Dell Taco food, but over the past few years its really gone downhill in both taste and quality.

Upside: alternative to Taco Bell, with good chicken, u can opt 4 ground turkey in place of beef(VG!), tasty but different. U can add ingtedients like cilantro, TB doesnt carry. Usually nice crew. Negatives: ALWAYS ck your order: missing item, item made wrong, skimpy topping ( order "extra"- its cheap).

Two stars because I liked the fried pies but the tacos made my left food numb like when you wake up in the morning and you dont even feel like p diddy but who cares because jay z is cooler similar to how my grandma makes Better cinnamon rolls than my mom but hers are good enough.

Awesome food in its category (yes, its fast food. I wasnt expecting cloth napkins). They have good wifi service and appreciate their customers who take advantage of it. Comfortable places to sit and clean restrooms. Good prices and good variety on the menu.

Sent my husband here two weeks ago bc it was close and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and how tastey it was. My husband said the restaurant was clean and the service was fast and efficient. Taco bell has lost our business.

Beat place for Spanish food their ingredients and quality of food is better than most Spanish restaurants their turkey tacos are good they dont use canned chicken like most of the Spanish restaurants use just a great place

I just got off work and ordered a steak and a beef quesadilla and i got one with nothin on it and another with a tid bit of beef not even enough for a child to get full off of. Worst place ever. No steak no beef. Smh

The tortillas for my tacos were so old. And my burrito wasnt even wrapped. Just thrown into foil and in the bag. Also took 20 mins for one of the twelve workers to even walk up to the counter and take my order.

My rating is of course relative to fast food experiences. My first del taco experience and it was very good. Fast, courteous staff at drive through. More and better tasting vegetarian options than taco bell.

Sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes had to beg for sauce got home food was cold and NO cheese on any of my tacos and the meat didnt even cover the bottom of the tacos wont make this MISTAKE AGAIN!!

ONE poor lady making food for a drive thru with 8 cars! Drive thru lady was taking orders for the window & lobby. Food was fine. Service super slow due to lack of staff.
