We had two problems with a recent dinner. They got the order wrong and there was a problem with the food. I would not be writing this review if they seemed to care but they didnt. The reply was condescending and dismissive. Wed had the same problem with the food before but not as bad, this time it was worse so it was not an isolated incident. They dont have a clue that the majority of people will not complain, they simply take their business elsewhere. When we had a problem with Applebees, they took care of it with consideration for our trouble and we are still loyal Applebees customers but no longer at Whiskey River. Sorry but not willing to take a chance on your food again. If you notice, almost all of the 5 star reviews are from reviewers with only one written review. That tells me as to the veracity of the review.

I was very pleased with the food here. The pizza tasted fresh and very flavorful. One of the chefs made a tiny, insignificant mistake with my pizza toppings, and he personally came out and apologized. After I declined his offer to remake it for me, he insisted that we order a dessert "on me". The cookie sundae was wonderful, too. The delicious food, the comfortable atmosphere, the low prices, and the outstanding customer service have earned this restaurant 5 stars. I cant wait to go back!

Awesome service and even better food. When I tell you Ive never had a better burger in my life, I mean it. Ive spent $30 dollars on a burger elsewhere and it wasnt even half as good as this one which wasnt even $10. The selection of beer is incredible. All of the workers are friendly and even the other customers are too. The owner went out of his way to introduce himself and that said a lot about him. I will definitely be coming back! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

One of my favorite places to grab a bite! More than just bar food. There are a ton of great options, especially chicken parm! My husband had ribs and he was very impressed. Delicious food, big portions and very reasonable prices. Last but not least, dessert was to die for. We got the cookie sundae, gorgeous presentation and tasted even better, make sure you save room!!!

Just had one of the most amazing Fish Tacos in the area. I wouldnt eat here if the food were free. I think most of the 5 star reviews were written by friends or relatives because I gave this place 3 chances and finally gave up. They really dont care if your food is not good. Other places will try to make it right but not here.

5 of us went last night. It was 25% off night. The food was great and reasonably priced; the service was excellent. Very good selection of craft and domestic beers. They took great care of us. We would recommend Whiskey River Bar & Grill to our friends.

Husband and I had been wanting to try this new bar for awhile and finally did. We were both impressed. Friendly staff and really nicely decorated. We both had sandwiches and found both tasty and fresh. Well definitely be back.

Just the right amount of food for a meal. No left overs. If you order onion rings you only get 4 but theyre huge! Great taste, great service and price is very reasonable.
