I would not recommend this restaurant. The customer service was horrible and for the price the food was down right crappy except for the burger. I ordered the Roast Beef Dip and I had to send it back and still got it back cold. I complained directly to the Owner before getting a chance to try it the second time and tried to be pleasant and try to get through it thinking that maybe the hot Asu sauce would improve the flavor which it didnt and he never came back to check on us nor did the waitress. They both disappeared until the end of our meal. I couldnt even finish my sandwich (didnt ask for a box it was so bad) and asked to talk to the owner again. Tim Walie was a complete Jerk to us(and hes the Owner?!). He refused to take anything off our bill and argued with me that I should have taken him up on his offer (after the fact) of getting it remade the first time I talked to him. He told me that he would have personally done it (again after the fact) which he never offered when I did complain. The only reason I ate half was because by then I was starving and no one came back to check on us and my baby had woken up and was getting very fussy. Tim should have and could have taken half off my sandwich but he refused. I wasnt asking for half the bill and my husband didnt complain about his fries being cold or our mushrooms still being frozen after being fried. The only reason I paid it was because I didnt want it taken out of the waitresses wage after the end of the night. The only highlight of the meal was Janet Younglove who is another manager there. She came over to calm my baby (even gave him a diaper because we were out) and said that if we would have talked to her she would have done it and was completely surprised that the Owner was such a jerk. Id only go back to have a drink with Janet and that is it if I ever did go back.

My last experience at Firkin & Fox was the worst service Ive ever received when dining. My group had to put our drinks at the end of the table just to get refilled. Most orders came out ok but the waitress gave my girlfriend the wrong burger, all she asked is that it was well done without pickles. Hers only had lettuce and sauce (supposed to have sauteed onions, tomato, and cheese as well). When we notified our waitress she brought us what was missing cold, we asked for the burger to be recooked (took her like 5 minutes to bring out the missing items). She said shed get the manager who never came. She comes back with another burger later and this one has pickles and is raw. She tried eating it anyway since by then we had been there for over and hour and the group was about ready to leave. The burger was so raw it was falling apart on her and she couldnt eat it. We also had a cake, but before we were done eating a waitress came by to collect our empty glasses before the cake was even cut, and we thought theyd come back with refills. They didnt. When we finally got our waitress back we asked for drinks and it took another 5 or so minutes to get them. Finally when it came time to pay, anybody who paid with cash she didnt give back the change, the waitress just kept it. Well that ended up being her tip with a few people even though it wasnt much. But I felt it was a slap in the face to just keep the change and not give it back so a proper tip could be left. In the end our group didnt get what we paid for, especially my girlfriend and that is why I definitely can not recommend a trip to Firkin & Fox.

DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD OR EVEN DECENT SERVICE!!! Horrible, horrible service! The manager is shitty as well. We ordered nachos as an appetizer and specifically said "appetizer" when we ordered it, it came at least 45 minutes after ordering and our food came about 2 minutes after. I asked her why it took so long and she said she thinks the cook made it wrong and I said well it would have been nice If you told us so we could know we were going to be waiting forever and she said "I didnt know if he actually made them wrong" she literally told us he did right before that. The waitress came to check on us about 20 minutes after giving us the food. She asked how it was I said horrible and she asked what was wrong I told her she got the manager and he said Im sorry about the nachos I said is there anything you can and he said no and Im sorry and walked away. Service was horrible and the manager is as well!

Tried it for the first time today and Im glad I did. I am usually a skeptic when it comes to theme places, particularly anything with a British or Irish feel, so I went in with a somewhat less than stellar attitude. My attitude changed by the time I left. As another reviewer stated, they could have used more waitstaff for the lunch rush, but thats not really a bad problem to have. I stole a wing from my lunch companion and it was delicious. The fish and chips were very tasty as well. I wish I hadnt had to be back at work, Id have loved to try one of their special beers... or two... Next time Ill come back when I have more time and maybe with a group so we can order a few items and share. Overall a great experience

Used to love this place went here for years. I guess menu has changed the food was awful. Overcooked sweet potato fries. My boyfriend had fish and chips. They were ok nice portions. Waitress had earring dangling from her nose. I understand piercings have some myself. But that was So inappropriate. We couldnt even look at her kinda stomach turning. Wont ever go here again..Changed for the worst..So Disappointed..

I am a burger and fries kind of guy and this pub knows how to make a great burger and fries. The Firkin Burger had a nice little kick to it, especially those bourbon chipotle onions. The seasoned fries were just that seasoned fries but what made it was the Firkin dip. If you are in Burton Firkin & Foxs pub is a delicious place to eat. I will be eating there again.

Great service.. very attentive...5 stars on service! Ridiculously small toppings on nacho dishes. Had then the Reuben nachos and came with very little sauerkraut and corned beef...mosy nacho chips. Ordered Irish nachos and came with very little onion, a dollop of sour cream and bacon seemed non existent. Mostly waffle fries. Dishes sounded like they would be good.

Came in about an hour ago. I ordered off of the late night menu (which is sadly lacking), and waited quite awhile to be served cold food. Finally caught my waiter after waiting 25 minutes on a beer, just to have no beer. Lets see how long my bread pudding takes. Horrible service. I will NOT be returning.

OK been here twice and the service has been terrible waited almost 15 min for our first drinks and I was served last and all I ordered was a beer. Last time the food looked like cafeteria food and was at best luke warm. Couldnt even bring myself to order food my second time here. I will not b back ever
