I too experienced bad service at Puzzlers, if you order a beer or any drink you better order 2 of them. If you order 2, you will still be upset because it takes them that long to get your drinks, and this is on a slow night. They had over 6 gals working, 3 of them at the end of the bar talking while we were sitting near the pool tables playing. They would look over at us, my friend tried to get one of them and these gals just ignored him. Rest assured the tip reflected the service, then they wonder why the tip wasnt bigger. I will NEVER take my customers that came to Michigan on business there again. This use to be a real nice place to take people from out of town, not sure what happened or why but the owner really needs to reflect! I sure hope other people have better experiences......

Been there twice, so far; but for a business that advertises on the radio, they still do not have a business page on social media, or a $%^& WEB-SITE!! How do businesses compete if they are not plugged into social media, or even a web-site?! I dont remember the commercial for their Valentines day something or another, and I am not going to listen to it all day and hope to hear it again, so Ill just go somewhere else that I can access online for proper information about events at their establishment!! The times we did go, years ago, the drinks seemed very watered down, I also agree with the other review in that it is VERY dark, and the pool table was probably their best feature.

OK I seriously love going to puzzlers on the weekend great place to dance and hang out but I have one major issue, it is SERIOUSLY WAY TO HOT INSIDE. So uncomfortable we actually didnt even stay an hour this past Saturday. As we held the door for a few on comers we were told to shut the doors by the bouncer because his supervisor would get mad if they were open, it was so nasty hot the MIRRORS were ALL fogged up. The service is great for how busy it is at the bar with only 2 bartenders but the drinks a very weak for the amount you are charged. PLEASE do something about how hot it is inside.

Appetizers were good. Waitress was decent. Ordered a chicken/bacon/ranch pannini...was described in menu as chicken breast on pub bread. I guess they didnt lie: I got canned chicken breast (you know, the kind that has the texture of tuna fish in a can), on white bread...that was in a pub. That had been in a pannini press. My husbands cuban sandwich was a little off too. I dont normally write reviews but I was so dumbfounded. Weve ate there several times over the past few years but never been this bad.

Puzzlers is great! My family and I usually go on friday, which is their busy day. The food took about a half and hour to get here, but it was worth the wait! There is an area in the restaurant were Wi-Fi is poor, but you can usually get some kind of signal. There is many televisions throughout the restaurant and sports are a what are played. There is also a Michigan lottery. Over all very good experience, and the waitresses even know my grandpas name because we come so often

Place is horrible. Beer is beer, but not all bars are created equal. This is the sober honest truth - this place should be closed down. Why? The food is outdated and moldy. The service is straight from the high school cafeteria, but worse. To top things off the atmosphere is about as dark as hell. The only thing good about this place is the pool tables.

Not a bad place to get drinks. Prices are decent and the wait staff is friendly. Theres plenty of seating available, a dance floor, and outdoor patio. However the whole bar gives off a distinct smell of musty fish and outhouse. It can get somewhat nauseating after awhile. Good thing they have the patio!

Great atmosphere. Cleanliness is next to godliness, bar doesnt smell like stale alcohol, bathrooms are surprisingly clean! Music is a bit loud for the enviroment. Staff is speedy and courteous. Will be back again!

Great place to catch the game but if you eat bring your own ketchup. Cutting corners on the ketchup makes the food not so good and the fries hard to eat. If White Castle can offer Heinz then so can they.
