Food is always....okay. food is usually not as, full as the other taco bells i go to. Dont ask for a cheese quesadilla you will get absolutely no cheese and the tortilla will always be darker then normal and taste burnt. Wait is always long no matter how small the order or how few the cars. Tonight, we ordered two beefy nacho grillers with extra nacho cheese, had extra cheese but hardly anything else, a chicken quesadilla, which was very dry, barely any sauce or cheese, and a bean burrito..... i wish i could tell you how that burrito was however we didnt get it. And i work as a manager for fast food, so i get it. We are all human and we make mistakes. But it is consistently bad things with this taco bell. Cmon management. I love taco bell but you need to fix this store please!

I went to the Taco Bell at 45590 N Gratiot , Macomb MI at 3:00 AM 08/13/2016. I cant believe what I witnessed. I took pictures of the disgusting area where food is prepared I asked the employee what happened she said nothing is the matter she did not seem the least bit concerned with the food and garbage all over the floor in piles. The employee got mad when I took pictures, the food I ordered I didnt dare eat. When I called that location and asked for the manager I overheard the employee say to someone pretend your the manager and someone else got on the phone and.laughed when I told her what I just heard from the other employee. We did not eat any of the food for fear of getting sick. I intend to send the photos to

NOT ENOUGH BAD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM!!!PuRPoSELY Making it grosser! Food is always very small and never even close to enough sause as compared to every taco bell Ive been too.. which is more than 10, not just in michigan.. didnt know a beefy mini quesadilla came with some lettuce and a tomato. I had 3 of them with a piece of nasty lettuce and one tomato. Lol Not surprised even a little bit. I gave them a year to get better and they still produce nastiness..and it looks like on purpose now! I was the only one in line at 4:56pm and I didnt get my food(for one person) until 5:11pm? No one else was around? Lol sause is old! I didnt get handed a receipt either.. I could go on..

Placed the order and forgot to get cups for water. Asked the manager, who happened to be the one to hand us our food and she kinda glared at us, then told one of the girls to give us a cup. How hard is it to walk the extra 2 feet to grab a cup and hand it to us with a smile? As for the food, it was typical Taco Bell food, but I feel like the smothered burrito (which is my favorite) was about half the size of any other Taco Bell one Ive had and there was practically no sauce. I had to smother my burrito with Mild sauce to even attempt to get the same effect. For a Taco Bell, this one was sub par. Wont return here when Im in the area again.

Ordered 4 burritos. Waited for 35 minutes while a "big order" was served 2 cars ahead of me. All they said was sorry. This place is a joke! The owner should be ashamed. Mediocre food, a 10+ minute wait no matter when you show up, and nothing but "sorry" from the window people. Either staff more people or sell it to someone that actually knows how to run a fast food joint. Go to the extra couple of miles to the hall rd/ Romeo plank building. They screw up 99% of the orders also. I couldnt think of a worse staff in our are if I tried. They must hire felons or something... your establishment is a joke!

My husband went through the drive thru and was told he was all set. One glance at the bag and he knew he wasnt. He had to honk the horn to get them to come back to the window before telling them he was missing some items. They said they were sorry and they were slow because their manager had to leave. They gave him the items and he left. Upon returning home two items purchased were not done as ordered. They also didnt include a receipt so we werent able to take the survey. He said the staff was nice but we were definitely disappointed.

The workers there seem nice. food is ok. Once I went there and there was a girl running the place all by herself! I felt so bad for her. She was doing awesome at it.. i saw her run back and make the food and then cashed us out. It just kinda made me lose respect for the place cause someone should have came to help her or they should have closed it down untill they had more help. That just seemed so wrong and would be freaky being there alone too.

First time Ive been here in a while because Ive always experienced horrible customer service and terrible attitudes from employees. Tonight was a completely different experience, looked like all new employees whom were very nice, didnt mind answering a question, service was quick, not a long wait on food and it was all correct, who wouldve thought! Hopefully it wasnt a fluke and things continue to be good at this location.

Horrible service,incredibly understaffed. I eat here once a week because its much closer than the 23 mile location, but they are the slowest tbell. Its always a 5+ minute wait, even if youre the only one in line...I just ordered a crunch wrap and 2 regular tacos. It took them 8 minutes after I already paid at the window. I was the only one in line too. No excuse. Hire people who dont suck at their job. Problem solved.

This restaurant was filthy, the staff was loud and playing around even though there were customers in line and in the dining room. I was going to say something to the person I thought might be the manager but when she came back from Arbys and ate it in the dining room while loudly interacting with the staff and swearing up a storm. Even as I walked between them they didnt stop. I wont be stopping there anytime soon.

Person taking our order insisted we order differently, because it was a supposed better deal, even though it wasnt anything i wanted or liked, then tried to convince us to order something else again and told me i was not ordering " in a smart way"...i told her to just give me what i ordered and then she said i would have given you a free drink if you had ordered better!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

The wait was forever and they sprayed chemicals where I was eating and while I was Waiting for my food they arguing and when you walked in it smelled like pee it was the worst taco Bell I had ever been to and it took them forever Just to ask me even wanted to eat I have advice dont go to this taco Bell the young people dont know what there doing theres not even a manager there

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and unfortunately its near my work. The shells are always stale, Pop tastes like mold, They are rude, slow and completely unorganized! Restaurant is always dirty. Wish I could post photos of what the food looks like.... Its sad. This isnt one bad visit they are consistently horrible. We will go down the road to 23 mile from now on.
