I visited the outside bar last Saturday and received the BEST service from Paul. He was so kind and he was my hero that afternoon! I may have been a little over served from places that I visited earlier in the day and he certainly picked up on that. I was served water and bread and it was the best thing I could have asked for! So if youve been over served in Put in Bay, go see Paul at the Blu Luna Bar. Hell fix you right up! Get some food while youre at it.

Out of all of my Put-in-Bay experiences, this was the WORST! Very unsatisfied with the food and management. The manager on duty was very sarcastic and got back in our faces about everything. If I could give a zero, I would. If you wish to pay $30.00 for a "large portion of fresh caught" perch, then be my guest. I will NOT be returning to the Blu Luna in my future Put-in-Bay adventures.

The wait staff is nice but it seems like there oblivious to what the food actually taste like. If olive garden staff were to review this food even they would say wow they call this italian food. I just paid 30 dollars for fettuccine that i could have made at home and would be wouldve been worlds better then this. Its a total tourist trap i expected nothing and received less.

Not happy with the food wasted $120. On not so great food. 1 person in party had spaghetti and another had i think chicken alfredo.. They didnt like it told waitress and she didnt take it off the bill.... There plate had 3/4 food still in the plate!!! very pricey $$$$$ food terrible..

Such a great find that I really dont want to share this secret. I had the Lake white fish. Very mild, flaky and moist. The batter on the fish is outstanding. Light, airy, crispy and not oily. Perfect meal on cold, damp and gray March saturday evening.

We ordered 1 burger, 1 salad, and 1 Italian sausage sandwich. We waited over 30 minutes during the lunch hour. The sausage had to be sent back because it was nearly ice cold in the center. No discounts or apologies offered when the bill came.

I think this place is overrated. We got a burger ~12$ and a pasta ~ 26$ and both were just okay and not good, same as staff. They take advantage of the fact that the city is a tourist destination and the quality is low.

We spent two nights on Put-In-Bay, and both evenings ended at Blu Luna. Classy outdoor piano bar; excellent service; great atmosphere; and excellent lobster bisque. A highlight of our trip...will definitely return.
