Ok.. I went there last night 11/15/13.. And dined in with my family. Sad mistake to make. Our waitress seemed to avoid us. We arrived at 7:00pm, we sat down at 7:05, which was good but we were sat next to a family who were making racist comments to one another. No fault to the restaurant. We placed our orders around 7:15 and didnt receive our appetizer until 7:40. The appetizer was no different than any local Coney Island appetizer.. A big let down there but who goes to a pizza place for appetizer right??? Ok.. So we received our pizza at 8:05 .. It was good. Very tasteful, full of flavor. My family and I ate only a few slices because we were ready to get home by this time. We asked for box to take our leftovers home. We order an extra large pizza, I thought the waiter would at least box our pizza for us, seeing as though we had a handful dealing with the kids... But we managed wrangle the pizza in the box. For now on I know just to order carry out. But the dine in part is ruined...

We have had some issues with the food and service. We spoke with the owner John about an experience and he provided a gift card to have us come back. We did and we had no problem. However on 11/4/16 we stopped by to eat dinner and they provided our water, bread sticks and meat sauce. Then they brought us the salad and that was it. After waiting about 20 minutes, we finally asked when we could expect our main course. They said it would be right out. I said we waited long enough and they said they would make it to go. So we foolishly waited again and after 10 minutes of no food, we left. The food is great if you can get them to prepare it for you. Too many restaurants to choose from to be treated like this.

You cant go wrong with this place. I have been coming here since I was a child and its one of the best Italian restaurants in Michigan I kid you not! The food really is top notch. The pizza is the best Ive ever had from anywhere. I also really love their marinara sauce, which is obviously from scratch and tastes like its been simmering all day. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere as if youre among family and the prices are great. Do yourself a huge favor and come here instead of the areas Italian chain restaurants. You wont be disappointed!

Listen up . I dont want to hear about some cry baby lady complaining about a HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICH ! This is an Italian restaurant that is Yummy !! The pizza The pasta is enough to satisfy anyone with a food addiction ! Paul and his wife are wonderful family people who truly care about their community . Their wait staff is friendly and very attractive . If you have friends coming to town dont forget to take them to PALERMOS ! I have been living on their pizza since 1981!!!! Love this place and so does everyone I take here !!!!

My husband and I went for an early quiet dinner on a Thursday. Servers were gabbing with each other. I had a fly in my water, and had it replaced. Salad was good, but when the pizza came it was completely burnt on the bottom. Server apologized and ordered us a new pizza. All the servers were laughing and gabbing away with each other and a table of their friends which were right behind us. There was something wrong with their heat, we had to wear our coats while dining. So much for a quiet meal.

Nothing. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich that was served on dry bread with a piece of ham a piece of cheese and lettuce. It was supposed to come with mayo but there was none. The ceasar salad that cost me extra came with no dressing. This is not what I expect when I spend over $10 for a meal. Granted it was delivery but you should give any customer the same quality food and service. Absolutely horrible. They just lost a customer who used to eat there at least 1-2 times a month.

Terrible Customer Service - These folks dont pay attention to detail. Despite having a decent menu and quality of food, in two orders they have overlooked details in two deliveries, such as meat cooking instructions (i.e. medium well and medium) and condiment inclusion. When I contacted them, they were more interested in debating than correcting. My advice: Dont order delivery. Pick up your meal and inspect before acceptance.

Attention!!!!!! Palermo has the BEST food!!! Great service, very clean and everyone always greets you with a smile!!! NEVER a bad experience....dont know who would complain! This is an old-school Italian restaurant with homemade pasta, pizza, anti-pasta salad and an abundance of GOOD food! Stop in and be sure to say hello to Paul and his wife!!!!!!!!! Almost forgot, order their scrumptious ham and cheese sandwich....DELISH!!!!!!

In simple words, I would say that palmeros resturant is not only homegrown and outstanding in food and service. This resturant by far exceeded my expectations and my families. The sauce, the delicious bread(that was refilled without asking for it), the pizza was so close to perfect I almost walked into the kitchen to see if they used unicorn dust and ninja percision. I will not only tell but scream this from mountian tops.

This is the BEST pizza in Canton, Mi. and the surrounding area. I know, I try them all. Their food is good too and the prices. You tell them what you want and you get it. You must tried the deluxe pizza. And the best thing is the pizza is not over cooked, its just right. If you live around Canton you must try them. They may be $2.00 more for the pizza but you wont be sorry.

The best pizza and pizza crust I have ever had. Im from Seattle, and have had west coast, east coast, and Chicago deep dish. This was the best overall I have ever had. I talked with the hostess who is also part-owner.They have an old wood-fired pizza oven, and have been in business for 31 years. There are many great reviews of this place, and they are correct.

Normally, I give it 10 stars, but tonight I felt like I was invisible. Ordered carryout & it took an hour. Everyone just ignored me. Didnt even take a minute to give an explanation or apologize when it was finally done. My daughter & I are regulars & this is not how we should be treated. Wait staff was too busy BSing to take care of a frequent customer.

Pizza Roll! Essentially a whole pizza, folded in half, packed with toppings is probably the best thing youll find on the menu. Little known is the fact that theyll deliver their entire menu, a serious caveat and really once you try this delivered, youll forget about every other delivery-only pizza joint in town.

Guess about an hour before they close they dont feel like working. Called 3 times at 9pm was met with someone picking up the phone, not saying anything at all for 30 seconds then hanging up. No one answered the next two calls. I love it when business dont want to take a customers money.

Very good restaurant. I would suggest this place for a cool date night. My wife and I had a good time because of the servers and owner. The food was good. But it is missing that wow factor. The pizza was brick oven, I believe. Best in the Canton area despite two other competitors.
