I called to order a large pizza and asked the person who took the order if I could get a large bacon pizza but with a couple of the slices just cheese. She informed me that she could only charge me for 1/2 bacon or all bacon. I said no problem, I will gladly pay for all bacon but just leave it off a couple of pieces (my daughter only eats cheese but wont eat more than a piece). After a lot of attitude, she said she would have to ring it up and then go to the back to tell them. Assuming they would make the simple request, I didnt tell my husband to check the pizza (a mistake in hindsight). When he arrived home, the pizza was half cheese and half bacon. I called to speak to a manager and Alexia came to the phone. She was extremely rude from the time she said hello. I explained my conversation with the person who took the order and which point she said: "She came back here and told me that she clearly explained to you we only take half or whole orders." I informed her that was not the case and she again rudely said "What do you want? Do you want me to make you another pizza?!" I said yes please...at which point she informed me it would be $9.53...UMM...REALLY? There are a dozen pizza places to choose from in a 2 mile radius, you can rest assured we will be choosing one of those next time!

I normally dont leave reviews but I have to this time. We have order from this location for over two years now however yesterday was not good. We had ordered on Monday of this week no problem. Yesterday they called us back ten minutes before they were suppose to deliver our order to say the power is out and have us call back within the hour. I ask were going to cover the cost of the meal the response was no if I had loyal customers I would as least offer them something for the inconvenience. Will not be order from them for a long while.

Avoid this place at all costs! Placed a delivery order and was told it would be delivered in 25-30 min. Called after an hour and the manager said they just found our order. Then she said she has no idea where our order is and it should be there any minute. So after a total of an hour and fifteen minutes the driver arrived with my order being completely rude. Wouldnt say a word jus gave me dirty looks. Then on his way to his car he threw my receipt on my driveway. I will never order from here again!

I am completely turned off from this place. The customer service is terrible. They messed up my delivery order and I called and spoke to a manager. She was very rude and said she would just credit my account. A couple months later I called to give them another try and of course there was no credit and the manager I spoke with didnt even care or try to remedy the situation. I hung up the phone and will never eat here again nor recommend it to anyone else.

My go to place for delivery. Ive never had any issues with then up til now. My pizza wasnt cut at all (luckily I own a pizza cutter so it was an easy fix) and the driver clearly tossed it around a bit because when I opened the box half of the toppings for one side had fallen off. Ill still order from here but I just hope theyre more mindful of how theyre transporting their customers food in the future.

Very rude and disrespectful, my mother called and put her on hold for ten minutes and then lied and said that he just put her on hold one minute ago. Poor customer service to argue with a customer about how long they have been waiting, wont ever be ordering here ever again.

I order a lot of pizza from here, and lately it seems like the pizza is not made right. Tonight I ordered small pizza with pepperoni and pineapple with butter garlic crust. Pizza had no butter garlic crust and was very greasy.

Great tasting pizza. Not once have I been disappointed. Pizza is great without the taste of sodium. Restaurant is always clean and people are friendly. I REALLY like their pizza and recommend it for pizza lovers.

Third time I ordered pizza and it never made it to me. Every time you call they make excuses and even once witnessed driver spit in my pie. Use to love this pizza but I finally am ready to give it up for good.
