Lets lead with this. Its 2013 and they dont accept credit card? How quaint. Now get a damn credit card machine, will you? We ordered a small pizza for me and a spaghetti dinner for my sister. It came to around 14-15 bucks which, since I rarely carry cash, I was put in a slightly embarrassing position not being able to treat my sister for her birthday because of the above issue. The spaghetti was a heaping plate of, well, spaghetti inundated with what was most likely Ragu or some equivalent and a side of garlic bread which looked like a repurposed hamburger bun. A smaller portion of higher quality pasta/sauce would ideal, but I think this place is here to stuff you sick, not to impress you with its culinary prowess. The pizza was a typical, unspectacular cracker thin crust sort of thing cut into squares. WHY do places do this? Its a pizza PIE, cut the thing into pie shapes and make the thing so it can be edible when cut into a pie shape! It was fine for exactly what you normally get from this style of pizza. It will not wow you with its craftsmanship or quality ingredients, but if you want a relatively inexpensive greasy, cheesy meal then it serves its purpose.

The pizza is only good if its piping hot, once it cools down its not good. Tonight we decided to give them one more try and ordered gluten free subs. We asked if they had gluten free buns and they said "yes". What we got was a gluten free pizza crust, roughly only 10% baked and doughy/gummy. They charged us $2 extra for the "bun" without telling us. We had to take the meat off the bun and toast $1 worth of our own Udis bread to make the sub edible. We ordered 1 gf sub and 1 regular and they messed up and gave us 2 gf subs and charged us for both. I do have to say that the chicken wings were good. The only thing good on their menu from our experience. They were unapologetic and offered no refund. This is our last time giving them a chance.

Five stars and more! All week long I have Eagles pizza on the back of my mind, knowing that Ill stop by for a large pizza and a sub Friday evening! It is, without question, the best pizza to be had around in Columbus. The subs are equally impressive, not the typical few pieces of meat and a piece of cheese hastily tossed onto warmed bread, but a super well constructed hearty sub, carefully toasted to the perfect sub texture. The atmosphere is also awesome. Youre greeted with a sincere smiles from the staff who provide friendly customer service. Although Eagles is only a few miles from me, I would drive several miles to enjoy their carefully crafted, authentic Italian pizza and subs. Theyre the best!

We were in New Albany for only a few days, but had to have this pizza a second time! They may have the best all meat pizza I have eaten. We ordered several kinds of pizza and our group loved them all. The only reason I did give 5 stars was due to the employees acting as though they did not want to stay in the restaurant to eat about 45 minutes before they closed. They were quick to tell us that they closed at 10:00 and that it was frustrating when people want to stay and hangout. If everyone is to be kicked out at 10:00, it seems that they should shut down the kitchen at 9:00. We felt rushed and guilty for being there even though we able to leave before 10:00. We simply ordered carry out the next time.

Tonight my uncle drove 20 minutes to get there because when he was little him, my mom and grandma got Eagles for dinner and loved it, so for old times sake he called and went to pick up our order for our family. The pizza wasnt as good as they remember it. The italian sub I had wasnt that good. The side salads we all got werent good at all, they were 60% cheese on top, 4 olives, 2 pepperonis, and 2 hot peppers it wasnt really appetizing. We use to all love it even when I was younger. But sadly, it isnt so good anymore... Sorry Eagles!

We have gone to Eagles ever since we moved to this area. Hands down they have the best pizza we have ever tasted and very reasonably priced. Their sides are also very good; I highly recommend the poppers and side salad. Additionally, if you get a chance to eat there, they have a really interesting old building with a ton of artifacts. The only downsides are that they don’t deliver and don’t take credit card. Although that might ordinarily deter us from frequenting a business, this one is well worth the extra effort.

Ive been eating here for 30 years now, and it is as good today as it was then! Staff is always very friendly and efficient, and they keep it very clean. Great family atmosphere with massive amounts of historical decor paying homage to the history of the area. My favorite booths have WWI and WWII newspaper headlines and letters from local soldiers, and another with many Native American artifacts such as tomahawks, pipes and stone arrow points. I highly recommend, but it is best kept secret!!

This is the most disgusting place I have ever been. When I came to pick up a pizza they must have thought I was going to make a pornography film because the guy in the back had his genitalia protruding from the pizza. I filed a report with the police but they said there was nothing I can do. I had my 6 year old son with me, and now he had been asking me lots of questions. This is the worst experience i have ever had at a restaurant or probably in my life.

The thin crust isnt amazing, and their tomato sauce (whether on pizza or on spaghetti) leaves a bit to be desired, but these are the only complaints I can make. Their Chicago crust is great, toppings are consistently good, plus the building is historical. Dont like pizza? Theyve got tons of other menu items! Sandwiches, fried cauliflower, and dinner plates. And, they now take credit card! I plan to continue coming.

They have the best pizza Ive had in a very long time -- it was seriously good. Even the kids who tend to pick at their food were chowing down and asking for more... I reheated it for lunch the next day, and it was still really good! We will definitely return to this pizza place (its worth the 20 minute drive!), and would recommend it to anyone.

My favorite restaurant in New Albany Ohio. Love love love the pizza, their dinners, subs, and sandwiches are pretty good to. If you like thin crusted pizza youll love this place. The decor is beautiful and rich in historical events. Be warned if you go on Friday or Saturday evenings this place gets very busy.

Very cool old building in the heart of New Albany. Vintage articles on the walls and Great Pizza, really inexpensive - try the house salad and cinnamon pizza for dessert. Only negative would be cash/check only, but when it doesnt cost much, you only need $20 to feed the whole fam. Skip the chains and enjoy.

Great pizza place... I have been eating in and getting carryout for years now. The crust is a little too cracker-y, but the other elements of the pizza are outstanding, and they are always generous with toppings. The prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend the chicken bacon barbecue pizza.
