Worst experience with customer service that I have ever seen. I called to place an order at 7, to avoid the all to famous " we have no hot and ready ready" " it will be 15min". I arrived at 722pm and was told my order wasnt even started! I ask to speak to the manager, and the young girl goes behind the warmers to tell the manager I am upset and would like to talk to a manager, she says why, the girl tells her I wanted my pizza and its not ready, the manager says very loudly, I dont care what she wants, I dont care! The girl comes back up and proceeds to take the next customer,completely ignoring me! A few minutes later the manager pops up and says What? I tell first off you were very loud and you should care about your customers and second everytime I come in here.i never get a hot and ready! She then starts talking and being argumentative and I said I dont want to hear that, its rude! She te lls me Im gonna be quiet so she can finish, I tell her I just want my pizza, and she tells me no, and I can leave! I ask for the manager and she tells me she is the manager,the owner the everything! I call the 1800 number....shes the manager. I wont be going back without an apology,and free pizzas!

I called ahead to place an order so I knew it would be ready, I was told 10-15 mins. I get there after 20 mins and pay, she has me step to the side and says nothing. When I ask after 5 mins of standing she says we are waiting on cheese pizza. How I called 25 mins ago? So Im sitting there for another 10 mins and I watch as she hands out cheese pizzas and other things to people who just walked in. I once again walk up and ask she tells me then that we are waiting on crazy bread. How??? So Ive been there for 15 mins after calling 20 mins before and Im still waiting?? Whats the point in calling a head if you arent going to honor orders over the phone! Wish I could give you 0 stars as you dont deserve 1.

This is the best Little Caesars Store I have ever patronized. It was rather late one evening and I stopped by to pick up quick pizza for my step-daughter and her friends - they were up very late studying. I forgot my wallet at home and when I offered to go home to go home to retrieve it, the owner insisted that I take just take the pizza and she also added a few of those tasty ginger cookies to boot. Ms. Mack is a shining example of how truly family-oriented Little Caesars really is. They should be very proud to count her as one of their own. Awesome and fresh pies every time!

Horrible service- went there yesterday to get 1 hot and ready and the guy behind the counter clearly didnt know what he was doing, I think his name was Andrew, second he was talking to someone about how he has shingles rash on his chest. Rather disgusting to be honest, I dont care what you have but dont be going around and telling people about it, especially when you are dealing with their food. Willmer go back to that location.

I went to this Little Cesars order pizza bread 2 pops sauce and and some other things I went to hand him a $50.00 dollar bill and he said we dont expect anything over $20.00 bills are you kidding me I never heard of such a thing I walked away and they lost my busines. I am very sad and very very disappointed. Now I have to go tell my kids that they couldnt get pizza cause mommy only had a $50.00 bill.

Not So Ready. I called in my order during rush time (dinner hours of 5p-6p). Upon arriving I still waited 10 additional minutes to get my pizza and crazy bread. This location used to provide good service but since Jan 2014 service has been really poor. Why say "Hot-n-Ready" when there are constantly people waiting during dinner time?

They were so nice today messed up my order but sincerely apologized give me free breadsticks and told me the next pizza would be on them. I didnt expect it but it was just nice to see such high level of customer service from a little Cesars. Mari rocks
