Thin crust is the rage, even though we have preferred it for a long time. Another pie fade is "unlimited toppings", which they have and which many customers seemed to enjoy a lot. Their pies resembled a huge open burritto! We are more traditional and just a few is magic for us. We ordered the Margarita our 1st visit. The staff was very courteous, helpful and had NO problem doing a "split" pie, with Hawaiian on the other half. The cook speed was faster than expected. The crust is A+. If anything they are OVERLY GENEROUS with their toppings. LOL, for us, less might even be better. The flavor & texture was near perfect. On the Hawaiian, they use fancier Prociutto, bacon and fresh pinnapple. These meats were to salty for us and a milder ham would be better, even with that critique, it was very good. The Margaretta..yum. Fresh huge basil leaves. The competitors should visit this place to improve their product. I would like to see upgraded disposable plates or lightweight reusable ones. It is far from where I live, but we will absolutely be back again next chance.

I was extremely impressed with Genovas; I rarely eat out but was recommended this place and it was well worth the price. I have Celiacs disease and the gentleman (cant remember his name) was SO helpful. Upon order and making the request for GF the gentleman used clean clean fresh gloves and utensils to cut my toppings and explained, thoroughly, the process of preventing cross-contamination. He even suggested different toppings because he thought there might be the chance of cross contamination with the peppers and cut one specially just for me to be sure. Its so rare to find a restaurant this accommodating, I will praise and recommend this place to everyone, gluten free or not.

My family LOVES Genova Pizza. Ever since they opened, we go there to get our fix when needed. The ingredients are the freshest around and taste like heaven. The owner Mark is very social and always checks on the customers to make sure their experience is special. That touch, along with a superior brick oven pizza, separates Genova from all of the other pizza places in Canton (of which there are PLENTY). If youre looking for a great, healthy pizza with fresh, REAL ingredients (None of that processed crap), then this is the place to go. I think I may go today!

Great, fresh, pizza. Fairly quick, considering they make it on the spot. Pretty good pricing, too! There are a bunch of toppings and combinations, so this place caters to everyones needs (Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Beef Pepperoni, etc.). You can have your pizza there or to go (they offer take home boxes for the leftover pizza if you eat it there). Ive had bad experiences with thin crust pizza, but they surprised me. I would recommend this place to anyone, and it has easily made my top 3 favorite pizza places.

Usually ordering pizza from any place is a crap shoot as to what kind of pie you will recieve. I cant count the number of times I say that was a complete waste. Genova though, we ordered three pies, all were top notch and worth every penny. 13inch Unlimited toppings and that includes toppings like chicken, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese or kalamata olives for $12 ,great deal for a real pizza. Too bad so many other places dont follow Genova s business model and give people what they pay for.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Took 27 minutes from the time we ordered the pizzas to the time they were given to us. It should not take that long for a small thin crust pizza with two toppings. People who came in and ordered after us recieved their pizzas before we did. They only have a few tables in the pizzeria and the empty ones were all dirty. Kid behind the counter was rubbing his face in between prepping the dough. Overall bad experience and I wont be going back!

Very good pizza! Gluten free and vegetarian options also. The staff and owner (I believe) are very friendly and good people. My wife had noticed a charge on her card that said it was from Genova. she called them to talk to them about it, and even though the charge wasnt from them, they still were very prompt about resolving the matter. They even offered to compensate her for something that wasnt even their mistake. Great people and good pizza!

When Im craving pizza I head to Genova. Friendly staff, amazing food, and clean dining room. This is a pizza joint that offered thin crust pizza from an open fire oven (which makes all the difference in the taste!) Im going to forewarn you that these pizzas will be greasy BUT DONT STOP READING YET!! Its because of the melting cheese and pepperoni and it isnt the grease that will make your stomach hurt later. I absolutely love this place!

I eat here a few times a month. I always get the arugula con pollo. Its fresh and delicious. If youre taking it to go, I suggest getting your arugula on the side so its nice and fresh when you get it home. The people that work here are always super friendly and seem to enjoy being there. The guy that Im guessing owns the place is clearly committed to high quality service. And hes there a lot, which is a good sign.

When I first walked in, I noticed the very simple yet informative menu. I was greeted by whom I think was the owner which was very nice and had a great personality. He recommended we try the cheese sticks which was just as fantastic as the pizza. Ive never had brick oven pizza, but for my first time I was very pleased. I highly recommend this place. Great staff with great food!

Good pizza and nice staff! I remember when the place first opened. The owner was really nice and helped me decide what to get. The thin crust style is great and the ingredients are very fresh. The pizza cooks fast in that oven, so dont expect to wait to long. Only reason its four stars for me is the nature of the thinner crust doesnt always make it too filling.

This pizza is AWESOME! We ordered the Carne Amanti and this pizza was the best Ive had in a LONG time! We met the owner who is a very friendly guy, and he told us he imports some of his ingredients from Italy. I love this restaurant, the menu, and the wood burning stove they cook the pizza in. I will definitely go back VERY soon!

Fell in love with this place a few years back when my boyfriend moved out to Canton. The staff is so friendly, kind and nice! They use fresh ingredients and cook their pizzas perfectly! We have since moved away from Canton but still make the trip out to Genova whenever we can!!! :)

Casual atmosphere. BYOB if so inclined. Fresh and simply yummy. Best pizza experience in SE Michigan. Favorite four so far: chicken arugula, shrimp mozzarella, bacon pepperoni, and red pepper with prosciutto (aged Italian ham). All baked in a fabulous hard wood fired oven.
