I visited this location this past Saturday about 11:30 am . May 21 . I think the management needs to give some training o the counter help! I was never greeted or asked what I would like. The girl acted like she was off in space and indifferent to the fact that I was standing in front of her. I said "are you ready for my order?" she nodded. Let me clarify that I was the only customer in the store. Ok, so I place my order, guess that was my cue, since she nodded. She hands me my order. She never said it will be X amount. Zilch nothing! The register showed the amount so I handed her my money. I left and no thank you, no kiss my grits, nothing. Very strange experience.. Will I ever return here, no , it was la la land!

Went in at 9:55 the girl behind the counter kinda shrugged really loud. So I politely asked what time they closed and she said 11 so I figured it was ok.. Went on and got my bread cut it then I asked for tuna. She didnt have any out front so she grabbed an empty bin went to the back and threw the bin and had a bad attitude the whole time. So I ended up walking out and going to a different one.. I will no longer go to this one I would rather drive to Howell than to drive a mile down the road. 1-22-16

We stopped to grab something fast to eat that was fresh and cold ...it was a hot day . It was very good , friendly staff and clean environment..great area to sit in air conditioning or go home and eat ..either way it is a good place to stop by and get a sub of your choice

When we go to Subway on Grand River in Brighton we like when Rochelle is working. She does a fantastic job on our subs and she always ask if our subs look good and she asks if we have a rewards card and tells us when we have enough points. Rochelle is fabulous.

The staff is incredibly unfriendly and does not know how to treat customers. I was going there twice per week for lunch. Tropical Smoothie is right next door and I will choose them instead. I will not be returning or spend a dime of my money there.

Its subway, it should be the same each one you go to and this location was just that. They did a nice job, quick service, quality food.
