To start with I would say the sandwich I had was above average. However, they were extremely short handed for lunch, blaring music being played and frankly the menu choices were very limited considering other sandwich shops in the area. Given the choices around Brighton, Id be hard pressed to return. I hope management takes this to heart because owning a small business is a lot of hard work and theres a lot of competition in Brighton for a place to succeed.

Rude customer service, like they didnt wanna be bothered with you, especially since this was my first time ordering. I wanted sweet tea and was told I could get it up front inside of buying a lipton bottle, I could get fresh tea with them so I did but it wasnt sweet tea, I rather go to Subway, more selections to choose from.

Place needs a serious cleaning every time we visit. Last 3 visits they were out of treats. COMPLETELY! even though we were eating in did not offer to make a few like another potbelly that we visited. Disappointing.

Horrible. It was 45 minutes before they close and they even had their door open... but apparently the person working didnt feel like making anymore food because he told us they were closed. Great customer service
