As part of the Which With rewards club, I received a free 7" sandwich and decided to try this location. I would not likely return, even if I had another free offer. The service was unbearably slow, especially for 4:40pm on a weekday. I was the only customer in there, and it took the two employees a while to stop chatting to talk to their ONLY customer standing at the register. I asked my questions and handed them my order while another customer comes up, flirtatiously interacting with the two employees while they flirt back instead of making my sandwich. After the other customer leaves, one employee sneezes 3 times (not on the food, but seriously, I dont want to think about those germs in the same kitchen as my food) Twenty minutes later, my order is handed to me with a muttered apology. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because it tasted better than I expected.

Took over 25 minutes for a sandwich, it wasnt even busy, and they still got the sandwich wrong. The worst service I have ever had, by far. They did say "sorry for the wait, we are new", which was not the problem it was only one employee even trying to get things done, they were all completely disinterested in their job. One star is too high.

two visits in a row my sandwich was missing nearly all of the ingredients. The first time I let it slide since it was very recently opened but the second time I had them remake the sandwich. this time around they included all the ingredients but gave me a smaller sandwich instead of the size I ordered, Im probably not coming back here.
