Ouch I really do not like giving out anything other then 5 stars to a Chipotle. I will eat there very often, but this store needs some help with management, (Max, Whom reviews the same restaurant that he works for after I reviewed (Maximilian Swain)) needs to be retrained or fired. I do hold Chipotle to a high standard as I love Chipotles in general. I am tired of my 6 year old getting pushed down the line, because the staff is upset that he is ordering more then 3 items off the kids menu. I clearly tell the staff that it is ok he can get whatever he wants and you can charge him additional or extra (it is .90 cents extra). The 2 girls that serve him are not patient, subtly mean with there faces, arrogant and offensive on 5 separate or more occasions from writing this. They then just push his plate down the line with making him feel very awkward. THIS IS the biggest issue with this place, being mean, rude, facially upset at a 6 year old boy. These 2 girls need to get with the program, as they lost our business along with the manager Max. Were so bummed as we very excited that Chipotle was coming to Brighton, look at my other Chipotle reviews. Too many times with burnt chicken, and you can tell you are going to get it burnt...but what do you do, it still is good but could be better. It is most likely because they are not scraping the grill enough or scraping while they are cooking. Or the biggest issues is the line is just letting it sit there when it is old. Ordering extra items at most Chipotles is not an issue, but at this one when you order extra salsa on your burrito or a double wrapped one it does not come as pleasantly with a smile as at other Chipotles and you get charged for sides. Even with the kids meals we have been charged a few times which is OK, but at least be a nice at serving it at the restaurant. At other Chipotles when the kids ask for a side of corn or sour cream they have never been charged, but if they are it is OK because it would be pleasantly served. Lots of great employees at this restaurant which made me keeping coming back, but this was the last time as Max the manager was arrogant over the phone and condescending when a to go order was made incorrectly. We love Chipotle and will not go back to the Brighton store as I gave it 1 star. We love the taste of Chipotle in general, but if I were to rank it against other same stores...it would fall at the bottom of the list. We have been to too many Chipotles with all around perfection to rank this a 5. On 8-19 my wife was told if she wanted salad dressing with her 2 salads at checkout it would be 15 minutes extra. This was all the way after she had ordered 4 meals. And it did not come nicely from the employee. When she got home, instead of getting 2 chicken salads, she received 2 salads without chicken. The employees are not being trained like at other Chipotles we have been. Get rid of Max and you might have a good Chipotle.

Apparently opening day, and plenty of employees made sure everything tasted perfect. Will be back Edit: Returned for round 2, except this time was different. The food was great, but the employees werent as helpful. We bought 2 drinks for tea, & there was barely enough tea for them. Fast forward 40 min, and going to get refills before we leave. Tea is still empty. There are no customers in line with 4-5 active employees (2 additional were eating). I asked if they could refill the tea, and then the employee behind the counter asked 2 employees near the back of the kitchen, one of which just made a strange face at her. Five min later this same guy tried to fill his cup with tea, and still didnt refill it. After 10 min, I asked again, and then she again asked others to refill it. Finally I was told it would take another 30 minutes to brew, even though tea has been out for an hour, AND they knew this was the last of their brewed tea on hand. Other places brew when they set out their last batch. Maybe this location isnt up to par yet.

Ive been to many other chipotle in my life, this one unfortunately stands out. I did an online order for a specific time. I gave over 40 minutes between that and my order time so they wouldnt have any issue making the time. When I walked in 5 minutes after the time I expected this done as a usual, instead they hadnt even started it. They then proceeded to do four other orders before I told them Ive been waiting for my order, where two workers then gave me scorns. Afterwards they gave a rude comment and no discount for being 15 minutes late on the order. I wasnt going to post this but this happened a second time just today. So if you want to order online at a chipotle, I strongly recommend not here.

Horrible! First I asked for 3 soft tacos with she asks me four or corn!? I had said flour theyre out of flour tortillas they only have 2 so the rest will have to be corn is that okay.... uh sure. Then we asked if there was a chip and drink combo... Im sorry Ive never been here before and shes like no Im not the cashier so I dont know the prices.... uh okay then. Then we ask for ground beef and shes like uh we have steak or shredded beef which looked like they sat there all day... Sorry to say. So my mother and I split 3 tacos and were just sick walking out the door going what the hell did we just try. The place was filthy looking around. I will never be back thats for sure!

I dont think the employees here understand online ordering. When you order online you are given a pick up time. The food is supposed to be ready at that time. Ive ordered online twice and each time the food wasnt ready until 15 mins after the pick up time. I understand that they get very busy, but if I order online then Im ordering before everyone in store so I shouldnt have to wait for them to finish the food for people that came in after I placed my order. At least the food tastes good I guess.

Its not bad at all, but I much prefer Qdoba. The music is too loud, and the first visit I had here, the person I was with had to leave because of the music. It seems to be lower now, but I still had to ask the person that was serving to to repeat themselves several times due to it. Food is good, but Qdoba always seems to taste fresher to me. Could use a larger drink selection.

I LOVE Chipotle, so I was really happy to see that shortly after we moved to the area they started construction on one in Brighton...But I must say they are the smallest burritos and skimpiest bowls I have ever recieved from a Chipotle. At first I thought maybe it was because it was a new location with new employees, but its been going on consistently for about a year now
