Tldr; Two people shouting on the drive through mic went inside where five employees on duty though only two of them were doing anything. Took the guy before me four minutes to get a black coffee and me 10 minutes to get two ham and cheese samdwiches. Commented on the speed only to get cussed out. Never eating there again. Two people yelling over each other at the drive through, couldnt understand either of them so I went inside to order. Go in, five employees behind the counter and only one guy in line, "good" i thought this will be done fast. The guy orders a single coffe, black, and the cashier walks off, presumably to go get it, with 4 other employees milling around not a single one comes to take my order or the woman who had come in behind me. After two minutes of waiting I asked one of the girls standing behind the counter if their are any other cashiers because I was in a hurry and she retorts in a rude manner that there was in fact not anyone else who could man the register. After two more minutes the cashier came back with the coffee letting me order. I ordered two ham and cheese sandwiches paid then took a seat to wait. There was only one man working the sandwiches at the time, didnt think much of it because subway usually has only one guy doing sandwiches four times the size. Five minutes pass and they still arent done, Im in a bit of a hurry so I ask how much longer and he says hes almost done so i sit back down for two minutes until I ask him again how much longer as he said he was almost done and I get the same answer again. It takes three more minutes for him to finish. Ten minutes to make two small ham and cheese sandwiches and he even forgot the tomato on one of them! I make a comment about their speed and an extremely loud man whom I assume to be a shift manager got extremely offended that I would dare critic the employees performance and the girl from before chimed in and said if I didnt like it I shouldnt come. On my way out the same girl cussed me out and flipped me off. I will never be eating here again and anyone with limited time or an expectation of decency shouldnt either.

I love Tim Hortons, closest one to my house is over 200 miles away. Anytime Im in the Detroit area I stop by to stock up on glazed old fashioned. I did a mistake stopping at this location. I entered and waited at the counter a couple minutes with no one to be seen. If I wanted I could steal anything but I decided to wait. I knocked on the counter and the manager came by. I told him I want a dozen donuts. He asked what kind and when I said 8 glazed old fashioned he freaked out. Told me I can only by 6 because they stop making donuts at noon. I tell him I live far from here, but thats fine. He then screamed you need to call ahead. And I responded with 6 is fine. He then screamed now no one can have these donuts because of you. Its 530pm on a Saturday Im pretty sure not many customers are coming for donuts on a Saturday night if so they should know selection should be limited. Ive bought full dozens of the same donut at locations with no screaming, comments or attitude. Ill still go to Tim Hortons but not this location

Went through the drive through before heading up north ordered a large coffee & a grilled cheese, they told me to proceed to the window without giving me a total..for about 10 minutes of waiting and only the 3rd car to the window I finally got to the window where i was only given my coffee & only charged for the coffee, they totally forgot about the grilled cheese..this is what happens when you hear "come around and will have your total at the window". What is the point of having the intercom in the first place! Its simple, put the order into the system as the customer orders, give them a total before they get to the window! Next time i hear to come around to the window without a total im not moving!

Went there today on my way to work as its real close. Big mistake. Hash browns were colder than a shower with a broken water heater. It wasnt even crispy. It was a dry, Unflavorful waste of money and calories. Then I order the French Vanilla specialty coffee off their blurry drive through menu. I stated it was the "speciality French vanilla". Now Im no coffee connoisseur but Im sure I just got a cup full of dirty sink water. This coffee was not what I ordered despite telling them 3 times exactly what I wanted. I got a regular coffee. I will never go back to this time hortons nor any as this corporation has never once got my order correct. Peace out

This is absolutely of the worst Tim Hortons in the area. I have visited this Tim Hortons numerous times. The food/drinks never come out right. An example is this: I order a medium iced coffee and the coffee was not stirred and all of the sugar was in the bottom of my cup. The food is never right, an example is this: If I order a Sausage Egg and cheese biscuit and if I ask for one without cheese, I never get the one without cheese. The order is never accurate. I would have to go back inside and wait for them to make a new Sausage and Egg Biscuit. I would recommend going to the Tim Hortons off of South Blvd and Opdyke Rd.

I have been to this Tim Hortons multiple times because its on my way to work. Every time I go I tell myself I wont go again. Everyone who works there is rude. I get wrong change every single time. Today, they gave me wrong change and I drove off without my coffee because I was back and fourth with the cashier 4 times trying to get the change right. The original cashier didnt even say anything to me when she opened the window and then I had to ask how much it was, she took my money gave it to someone else and walked away. Then the next cashier handed me the wrong change. I will not be back

Doesnt serve soup past 8pm. I use to work here and can say thats a new policy forsure which is extremely stupid. Its not hard to keep chicken noodle out considering they save the chicken noodle for a few days anyways. Oh whoops was I not supposed to reveal that? While on the topic the employers dont give employee discounts or lunch breaks. And all this because Im sick and I wanted soup Besides that the people who work here are usually nice. No complaints on them yet.

It might have just been the day I walked in (in store visit), but it was the day they were training a new employee and the service was lacking. They were apologetic, but it was hard not to pull my hair out with impatience as I watched them slowly try teaching the new employee what all the buttons did at the cost of customers time and patience (early morning rush is a bad time for initial training).

Steady mess our coffees up come here daily for more then 5 coffees all made the same and they are all different. Wouldnt recommend coming to this tim hortons upon anyone. Youd just think after months of coming here and seeing the same people they would learn to make our coffees right. Guess some people just never learned to count. Never again will i be attending this tim hortons location.
