Ive tried the mobile ordering twice now. The first time I ordered literally a bagel. It was not to be sliced, toasted, and I didnt even order anything else. Mind you I did the rapid order and I get there and there is nothing on the shelf. So I wait and finally get someone to help me and ask for the bagel I even just told them toss it in the bag. I get to work and its the wrong bagel! After he repeated the bagel I wanted back to me. I called the manager that day and she said she would send out certificates. Fast forward to today and here I remember the last time and I never got certificates. Today I tried mobile ordering. I run in grab it and realize they forgot the baguette I ordered an entire baguette and it wasnt there. I go back in and an employee rectified the situation quickly apologizing and got me a free pastry. However as I was picking a pastry a fly landed on another pastry and the employee just shooed it away. I dont think Ill be eating that free pastry. So I get home and my food isnt right. I added additional things to my sandwich and they are not there. I also ordered the Avocado turkey BLT, you wont believe what they forgot.... The Avocado! I probably will never walk back into this location again. I called after I realized what happened and it rang and rang and then went off the hook. I would definitely not recommend this location its not worth the time or the money with all of the errors. Youd be better off going somewhere else.

The food does taste good, but is quite pricey, however, a meal is surprisingly filling! I have on many occasions got the soup and half of sandwich with a baguette on the side (I used to get the fruit, but unfortunately after an experiment the apples didnt rot after sitting on my desk for over 3 months, instead it just oozed a sticky substance... so Id avoid the fruit. The 1/2 sandwich was small, real small, but tasty. The soup, eaten with the bread was hearty and filling (I get the turkey chili) and when I was done, I was satisfied and not too full to go back to work. But all of their 100% natural and good for you campaign comes with a price: about $11 for the meal and a fountain water. If youre a fan of Panera, I suggest you buy gift cards at your local grocery if they offer perks to get the perks then use the card at the store.

First of all I LOVE Panera Bread food so that is not at all in question here. The problem is this particular Panera Bread is SO SLOW and my food especially to go orders is thrown together like a five year old did it. There is no pride in the customer service for the ones behind the bar making the food. I received a to go salad and there was gunk all over the take out box when I pulled it out of the bag. It totally ruined my appetite. Businesses need to take more pride in what they are offering because as customer we think about what we are paying for and if its not worth the very high prices Panera charges we will go somewhere else.

Panera food is great consistently, but the manner in which it is prepped can vary store to store amd my experience with this store was poor. I ordered a cup of soup to go and it took about 30 minutes. Thats unacceptable even with the volume of orders. People ordering sit down sandwhiches with soup were recieving orders before mine. So I just stood there. The kitchen was in full view and there was an apparent breakdown of communication constantly. The soup was great. Anticipation perhaps?

We love your sandwiches and cinnamon rolls.Food was fresh and great as usual but the girl could not get the order right,we got the wrong sandwiches, no pickles, did not ask what side we wanted,Little disappointed at 1pm that the bakery items were very few,when I asked why the girl said they didnt know how much to bake.lol.We would have told the girl at counter but your store was extremely busy. Sad thing today was my birthday. We will come again though.Thanks for asking our opinion.

Staff needs help, they were super busy and I saw no leadership whatsoever. I used to work for Panera and this was no example of how I know they should function. Especially at lunch rush on a sunday. They were chatting and walking slowly around, no sense of urgency in anyone. Customers even walked out to go other places. Very disappointing considering my expectations.

Dont get me wrong, I love a clean restaurant, and this location is open til 10 serving food which is great......I came in for a late dinner at 9:25, got dirty looks while employees were sweeping front area + all floors were being mopped and scrubbed while I was trying to eat. I had to walk on wet flooring to get beverages. Please wait until 10 to clean floors.

I ordered a half sandwich and soup. The soup was ice cold so I asked if they could heat it up. The worker pointed to the coffee and tea table when he said theres a microwave. My friend had a steak sandwich, but they have him no meat! What a rip off! Lazy people-expect no customer service.

They have recently started several services to reduce line waiting time. They have 4 touch screen ordering systems inside (optional, still have counter ordering), as well as "order online from your table". They will deliver food to your seat instead of waiting at the counter.

This is the worst location Ive ever been to. I dont know why I even return. There is always something wrong with my order or they are out of something Id like. Doing online ordering isnt any better, there is typically something shorted from my order or the order isnt accurate.

I have been there three times this week after six pm to get a sandwich and a bowl of cream of broccoli soup. They have been out every time and as gas prices are over 2 dollars a gallon i will not return. on my way to Rochester Panera because they have the soup.

Food is very good. Service is disorganised. Ordered at kiosk. No pagers so had to abandon our order. The wait 10 minutes to order at register, only 2 people in front of us. Staff was snippy when we commented on kiosk, like we should know their system.

The price is much higher than the value. picked up food and my sandwich had two hairs in it that were not mine (they were short and mine is long). That is disgusting and you need to make sure your staff is wearing a hairnet while they prepare food.

This place is always clean and somewhat busy. I have the Panera app so I can skip the crowd and have my food ready to pick up when I arrive. I always double check my order before leaving, and havent had an issue with missing items before.

This rating is meant for all Paneras. Stop charging people 7.00 for half a sandwich that is gone in 3 bites. The portions are fine but your prices are way wrong. 7:00 for full 3.75 for half. Get it together!!

Tables dirty, order was wrong. I can look past both of those things, but the staff making the food were unpleasant to the point of rude. Owner should stress customer service, because its lacking.
