I really wish there was an option less than a star for this review. I have been to Hong Kong Island a couple of times since China Express in West Boylston closed down. I called in an order like i usually do and spoke to the Asian lady who usually attends to the register. I placed my order for my usual pork fried rice and said i wanted 4 large chicken wings. I wasnt told the total on the phone. I went in to pick up and the same Asian lady attended to me. She said my order was about $56 and i quickly objected. There had been a misunderstanding and she thought i meant 4 orders of Chicken wings. Clearly there was miscommunication. So i politely told her this is not what i was looking to get but instead wanted only 4 pieces and was sorry for the misunderstanding. She got very annoyed and started going off about the order and saying i need to pay for it regardless. I could pay for it, but her attitude was very foul so i wasnt going to. During her angry rhetoric she mentioned i should pay for 2 of the chicken orders because she will have to eat the rest as a loss. I was very shocked by the level of disrespect. I decided to go ahead and pay for 2 of the orders instead of one, as i was taking my money out she blurted out (you need to learn "the" English). Immediately, i was like, excuse me! You cannot speak to a paying customer that way. Another customer walked in at the time to witness this lady going off. I told her not to speak to me that way because i frequently buy from there and will not want this to be a reason i do not come back. She said "I dont care if you come back or not". I then realized it will be very foolish for me to give my money to a business owner that cares less and can be very disrespectful to her customers. I put my $40 back in my wallet and walked out. I drove to Miku Restaurant on 184 West Boylston St which just opened in West Boylston. I am so glad that this incident happened. The service was phenomenal and very quick and the food , oh my God is out of this world. I will never go to Hong Kong Island again, i am not asking anyone to avoid there either, but when someone who is struggling to form a sentence tells me with my multiple graduate degrees to go learn "the" English , i believe as a consumer it is my responsibility to let others know what to expect when you walk into those doors. This just happened today by the way. I hope she learns to be respectful to her customers and drop her pride. Attaching my order from Miku, was very affordable. They even gave me utensils without me asking for it or they getting grumpy like Hong Kong island, and everyone there is happy to see you and have your business. Go try there and you will see what i am talking about. have a good day.

The first time my friend brought me here, I was not excited because of the size of the restaurant and its overall feel, but Im glad he brought me. I order take out from Hong Kong Island about 3 times a month, its hard not to order it more than that because its sooo good. The staff is very friendly and also in a good mood. The food is always fresh, large portions, and amazing amazing amazing flavor that is impossible to find at most, if any, other chinese restaurants. Im currently away for school and every week I find myself wishing I could find a chinese restaurant here that is even half as good as this place was.

Service was slow, asked to see menu n waited 30 mims for order, asked for drink menu n was told I had to have change to get soda out of vending machine, only had tea that was made in a pot n asked for sugar, was told they were out of sugar. Come on now, any good restaurant or business has stock of all their foods n condiments. Was the worst experience I ever had as a customer at any Chinese Restaurant in Worcester, n besides that I was treating my boyfriend for a Fathers Day Dinner. What a disappointment.

Some of the strangest Chinese-American food I have ever had. Tomatoes in the Buddha Delight, and chunks of HAM in the House Special Fried Rice. It is indeed edible, no major complaints on flavor (aside from the ham). Frankly I was appalled by the tomatoes. It seems as though this Chinese-American eatery has naturally adapted to the naive taste buds of the Burncoat population. I would eat here again.

We get take out from here all the time. From the outside it doesnt look like it could be very good. (It used to be a gas station, and it still looks like it, except now there are no windows. Creepy looking- but dont be fooled.) Despite the outward appearance, the food is pretty good. Not the best Chinese food the world has every seen- but pretty good. Try the crab rangoon.

Foods fine, but the owners are slow and their English isnt that great. Also they keep changing their mind whether they take cards or not, it seems like its based on whether they feel like running the slip or not on any particular day.

The food is good, their Lobster Sauce is a bit too rich. The only negative is that I lost a dollar in the vending machine and it was as if the proprietor didnt believe me! Other than that, not bad.

Its the best chinese food in the area. They have real chinese food chicken wings not ghetto fried like others around. Chicken fingers and the majority of appetizers are great.

Great restaurant in a easily overlooked location. The food is quite good and reasonably priced. They offer a wide menu and are ready in a short amount of time.
