Place is always a hit or miss, some of them need to learn how to make a sub, that one big fat bald dude, ive had multiple subs from him and all disgusting, dry and overcooked steak, think his name is tom from what ive over heard. I only go on sundays now, service can be sligtly slow but theyre always so busy on those days when I go, but the 2 people in charge are so much better then anyone else during the week.

The food is "meh", nothing special, but its ok. A little pricey for what youre getting, but most stuff in this area is. The real problem is the service, every time Ive gone in theyve been incredibly rude, to the point that the last time I called in an order they were rude enough that I simply didnt pick it up. May not bother some, but if youre looking for bare minimum customer service, look elsewhere.

Best Sub Marine Sandwich Shop North of Boston in Historic Beverly, MA..! Paul Guanci, owner of Super Sub, "Voted, Best of Boston by Boston Magazine many times....! The shop has been open since 1974, and provides CATERING for just about any size function....! Highly Recommended by a life long resident of the North Shore of Boston...!

I am not sure how this place has been open for as long as it has been. The food is less than decent and the place looks dirty. There is also one staff member there that is particularly rude and arrogant, not sure his name but he is a middle age bald man. I will never go back due to crappy food and this staff members attitude.

A Beverly tradition. Everyone knows that Super Sub has the best cheese steak in Beverly. The rolls are always fresh and the food is always tasty. The service is sometimes questionable, with very short conversation. The only reason for the lack of one star is the parking.

Our family gets subs from Super Sub all the time - a surprisingly delicious sub is the fried egg and cheese, especially earlier in the day. Their steak and cheese is simply the best this side of Philly, and the guys behind the counter are always friendly and funny.

Have been a customer for decades and No one beats SuperSub for freshness, taste and service! If you have to wait a bit its because of the time of day! We have moved a few towns away but make the trip to SuperSub when we want subs! They are the best!

The employees dont understand food allergies They need to be trained better on how to handle a food allergy when preparing it . it makes no sense to display a sign for customers to feel that their food would be prepared correctly

Called in an order, got there in 15 min. Only to wait another 20 min. for my order that was in a bag sitting on the rear counter. By the tone I got the food, it was soggy & disgusting!
