I just went into Chipotle, no one was in line and no one was at the counter. A girl came out of the back holding a green pale and a white towel. Later I could see that the pale said "cleaning bucket" on the side. The towel looked clean and dry. She set the pale and the towel down on the counter and came up to help me without changing her gloves. Totally unacceptable. Chipotle employees should know better with all of the drama theyve been exposed to due to their recent events. Anyone should know better from a personal cleanliness standpoint. I had not let all of the recent Chipotle press affect our willingness to eat there because we have always had good experiences and good food. This episode changes everything. I shouldnt have to ask an employee engaged in cleaning to change into a clean pair of gloves before preparing my meal!

Awful, awful and then disgusting... First thing I saw today was a sign that said OUTAGE. They were switching distributors so they didnt have black beans or some of the salsas. OK, fine. The pinto beans were meh, but thats not a.big deal. What was was the chicken in my bowl. Charred, dried out and flavorless. Just really not good. The chips and guacamole were atrocious. Chips tasted like they came out of both a fresh batch and a very, very old one. Half the chips were soft and chewy. Gross. But not as gross as the thin, liquidy guacamole. I gave up on the guacamole and just tried to finish the chips. Until I saw a hair on one of the chips. And it was thick and curly. Consistency issues I could chalk up to a Sunday afternoon. Cleanliness is a much different story.

Yes the parking lot stinks however there is a whole parking lot behind the building so if you may have to WALK a little big deal... It is very busy in the afternoon and the employees just keep going and going. If you cant wait it out I recommend simply calling ahead. I would not want their job EVER but they always have a smile on their face and with as many people as there are they do a fantastic job! This is one of my favorite places to go and it is because of the EMPLOYEES. You can get a burrito at any of the other Mexican places in Westboro but I will ALWAYS go to Chipolte for the service I receive! They really have an amazing team of people there!

Place is out of control during weekday lunch hours. Between finding parking and waiting in line youre going to lose 20 minutes just for take out. Honestly I wouldnt be surprised if the other tenants here arent complaining. Really poor site planing takes away from an otherwise decent experience. EDIT: Subtracting 4 stars for a bad corporate site planning decision seemed a bit extreme, but the situation isnt getting any better. Also if you want to be in and out in a flash their online ordering service is actually pretty darn impeccable, an option I highly recommend everyone do during busy hours.

I love this place. The food is great, prices are reasonable and staff is cool. Even when the are jammed they have a smile on their face and burrito in their hand. I have frequented it for some time now. If you get there on the a Thursday or Friday between say 12 and 1:30 there will literally a line to the door. Fret not, it moves quick and is well worth it. I absolutely love their hot salsa ( They should bottle it and sell it, I would buy it by the gallon) and their guacamole.

This place is purely disgusting. I Went in and got my food couldnt even find a place to sit down because every table was filthy so I ended just up cleaning it myself then I went to take my daughter to the bathroom which was just as bad as the tables. Toilet paper all over the floor, urine all over the seats and the trash bin over flooded.

As far as chipotle goes, this one is not a favorite because of the parking and access, its not too bad but there are better ones of course. Fairly large and usually not so busy as the others, close to my gym so it works out good enough for me. if youre going the opposite direction its a pain otherwise you know what youre getting.

The way to get best Borito. Order Borito Ask for cheese 1st! Choice of rice Wouldnt recommend beans Get 2 different meats Choice of salsas and veggies Wouldnt recommend letus/sourcream or gwak More cheese Ask to get heated on press Get. Side of sourcream or gwak if you need to. Enjoy. Better then a casirito and no over charge!

Awesome. Consistent Chipotle experience across the country, but this team has an edgy, youthful feel alongside consistency. Thats important. I dont care if they have two heads so long as they make quality foods that are safe and consistent. That said, I like the vibe in this place. Its fresh, which matches the food.

For what is essentially a fast food enterprise, every person in this place was extremely friendly. The manager is a really nice guy and every one of the employees smiles and speaks kindly. Its clean and fast and has a decent burrito. Highly recommended to support good customer service!

I will never order from this location again, awful service. you place an order at 12 for pickup at 1 and they dont have your order ready and then they tell you they are out of ingredients. All set Chipotle, you loss a customer for life.

Ive never seen someone take a quarter scoop of chicken for a bowl, then take some back.. Super small portions of meat, which was barely warm. Asked for more and was charged for double.. Highly over priced.. Will not be returning..

This Chipotle location is no different from others. Service was quick but they failed in adding tortilla bread in my burrito bowl, even after asking I can pay for it. Food quality was good and the ambiance is nice.

Great service, the line was short when I went and they served us all very quickly. The staff were nice and friendly. The place is pretty big with a good amount of seating room. And of course, awesome food!! :)

This location not as good as Crystal Lake location. Food OK. Chicken did not have that grilled flavor. A few tables needed to be cleaned. The drink station was unkempt. The floor in spots was dirty.

After long hours in the lab, I always enjoy stopping at this Chipotle. The food is excellent, and the staff is the best. I recommend getting a burrito with half mild sauce and half hot.

Great staff and great food. Pro tip: dont try to park in front during peak times. That lot is really tight. Drive down the left side of the building for easier parking.

Short staffed during my visit on a weekday lunch time. Waited 30 minutes in a very slow moving line for a Chipotle. The food was good though and the dining room was clean
