I am not a person who write review to places but this place deserve my review and my time to write the review. Honestly I should went to the one in Foxborough instead the one in Marlborough. Ordered the food and asked for the salad with out onions and hots, well salad came wrong no big deal. I asked for a bow of alfredo sauce and they forgot about it till I asked again. Place all the food order and all my family food came except mine. I tough no big deal it will come she had her hands full. Well almost 15 mins went by and no food! And she came to the table and asked us hows was the food. Honestly I say there watch my whole family eat while I didnt even got anything. From the begin to the end was very disappointed. The manager didnt even had the audacity to come talk to me all he said it wasnt a big deal and removed my order from the check. I run a business my self and a review and good customer service means everything to me and how I was treated and the service I have received from this facility was unprofessional and if I could give no stars to this location I would. A $60.00 bucks Bill later horrible service and a very unprofessional manager who doesnt care for his customers.

Ive been here on several occasions....the service was pretty good but the food is sub-par. Its not that it was gross, its just that it wasnt very good. Its become/is a chain restaurant and it shows in the food. Last time I was here I ordered the meatballs which you could tell were stewed in a slow cooker and lacked flavor and texture....they were basically mush. Also, they didnt have any "regular" (red) pasta/spaghetti sauce, so I was forced to order some type of a cheese sauce, and I really didnt care for it. Im not trying to give this place a bad review, there is some aspects I like..the appetizers & salad is always very good, although its too large...by the time Im done with the huge salad, bread, and a drink..Im already full! Also, Ive always found the menu & ordering process very confusing. The menu is written 90% in Italian, and for what? its a chain restaurant in the U.S. just leave it in English! Also, when I look at the menu theres never anything Im in love with...Meatballs, Spaghetti, Alfredo, lasagna..I can make all that at home and do a better job. I dont know; Im not in love.

...going downhill... 2 visits - October 13 and Nov 23. In October the entrees were pretty good, but the appetizers (including the clam-stuffed mushrooms) were pretty bad. My wifes Chicken Scampi was really good and I mad a mental note to order it on our next visit. Last night 3 of the 4 of us did order the Chicken Scampi. I really think it was reheated leftovers. I knew something was wrong when our server brought the first 2 orders. My Chicken Scampi looked "dry". It had been under the heat lamp for a while - and it was 3 or 4 minutes before the other 2 orders arrived. Mine was so dry that I asked for more sauce. For all 4 dishes, the angel hair was old, re-cooked, or very overcooked - extremely limp, mushy, and falling apart. The sauce was thin, watered down, and tasteless - like when you dont have enough so you add some water to extend it. And the service was slow, even though it wasnt crowded. We should have gone to Bertuccis.

Went here on a busy Saturday night and our server Cici really went above and beyond to give us outstanding service. She was really nice and super attentive- and the place was packed, including a party of 20 in the same section. The kitchen was backed up and it was a bit of a wait for our food, but we didnt mind seeing as we had so much soup, salad and breadsticks, and she kept refilling our waters, asking how everything was, and apologizing for the wait even though it wasnt that bad and it wasnt her fault. She even apologized that I got a regular spoon instead of a soup spoon because all the soup spoons were being washed-honestly if it was me I wouldnt even mention it. In the end they comped us our whole meal including 2 free desserts, and she even packed us up some more breadsticks to go. Felt like we made out like bandits since the wait wasnt even that long- I dont expect Olive Garden to be fast food.

Ive been here 4-5 times on the weekend. I live down the street. It can be pretty busy, but I get a table in minutes. Olive Garden is a hint of Italian but not the real deal in general. Food prices are slightly above average, quantity is terrible. Even with all you can eat salad and breadsticks, depending on what I get, sometimes Im not full. If you want quantity go to Guiseppes down the road. Olive Garden wont let you take your leftover bread/salad home which I find rediculous to throw away in the trash. Hosts and servers do very well, never had a bad experience with them. I didnt like the bartender, my gf is 35 and forgot her ID and they wouldnt serve her a non alcoholic beer. -2 for quantity, -1 for telling me I cannot take my food home -1 for disrespecting my woman when she clearly looks of age.

Olive Garden is a good place to have delicious italian cuisines, but here in this place we went on saturday 2/14/09 afternoon. But the attitude and behaviour of waitress who served us, was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. That waitress asked for order and about drinks, but my wife wanted a drink that her friend had recommended to order here but waitress responded that my wife is asking for some funny drink. My wife just did not respond to her comment and ignored her. Then we ordered Alfredo fetuccinio. Then waitress commented that we will get salad or soup with the order, but she asked to pay extra if we have to refill the salad. This was shocking since we had not have heard this before with our previous visits at Olive Garden.

Had not been in many years and was taken by friends. The food was a D. The broccoli side dish was extremely over cooked and very dry. The Alfredo barely had any sauce. The pasta Fagioli was eh. The waiter was new but fine and polite. It was far from a dining experience. It was as if, with the bad acoustic included, one was at a high school cafeteria and being rushed to make way for the next wave of cattle. A tradition of napkins is when you are done dining you crinkle it means you will return and if you fold it, youre not. Guess what I did.

Pleasant and kind staff but the food was nothing special; however, I am a bit of a food snob. My spouse and I ordered soup and salad, his soup was good, mine was over salted; while ordering, the waitress said the salads are large and asked if we wanted to share one. We thought she asked because my spouse also ordered a chicken parmesan meal. We were rather shocked when the salads arrived...large was the incorrect word to describe their size...HUGE is a better description (a bowl the size one would use for a family to share).

I genrally have gotten lucky with this Olive Garden and gotten a good server, but the last time I went was horrible. I dont know if they switched management and policies or if it was a fluke, but I dont plan to go again anytime soon to find out. The waitress was so rude and would tell us things we asked for (like extra olives on the salad) werent her job. We got absolutely no attention and couldnt even get our drinks refilled. The only thing good about the meal was the quality of the food.
