So this place is as authentic as it gets when it comes to a brazilian burger joint. The steak (picanha) is good but not the best ive had. I would probably go to pampas in worcester for that. The reason why im giving this place a 3 star is because of the servers they have. They dont seem to undersand the natural process of waiting on a guest. You know, take drink order, appetizers then the main dish. They just bring you a menu and walk away. The wait staff seem to have no clue how to serve a table. No smiles, no name introduction, nothing. It really feels like they are doing you a favor by the way they serve you. Its as if everytime i go there the waitress looks slightly anoyed by me being there. I would recoment this place if you wanna swing by after work and grab a bite but i would not dare to bring a date or friends here. This place would deff get a five star rating once they start to implement the standards of customer service when it comes to the wait staff. Did i mention its overpriced as hell? Because it is. Certainly a once a month kind of place.

Pedimos um frango com mandioca separada, eles madarao tudo junto e o frango estava tao queimado que parecia torresmo. Ligamos para conversa, quem nos atendeu falou que sabia que estava daquele jeito, tinhamos 2 pessoas veganas que nao poderiam comer a mandioca com o frango e qdo pedimos pra poder resolver nosso problema depois fe muito custo de conversarmos com tres funcionarios diferentes eles falaram que mandariam uma ordem nova desdee que devolvessemos a mandioca que estava conosco! Tem logica isso?

Local Brazilian restaurant serving homemade dishes in an old diner. Weve been there twice this month for lunch and we will definitely return. The Cheese Filet sandwich was fantastic and the Cheese Roast Pork sandwich...yum. Service was really good - not sure what the other posters are talking about. One guy manned the counter and the tables. He was polite and efficient and very patient when our language barrier got in the way. If you stop in, try their "juices". So good.

I lived in Brazil two years. This place is extremely authentic. For any American who goes there please dont expect the same type of service that you get when you go to The 99. This is not an American restaurant. If you want a mix of Brazilian burger and also grill that is 100% authentic and delicious then try this out.

took over 1 hour to deliver food. The delivery man handed me my food and ran off and gave me the wrong change, taking $1 for himself. Terrible service. Inexperienced wait staff, unorganized, food taste old or like they let it for an hour before decided to send it to you.

We was been one time ago with my husband, bad service, bad coordination, bad communication. We ask for something and the lady not understand that we was talking about, I was really mad because theyre dont have people that speak English. We never been there again.

One of the best places to eat Brazilian food here in Marlborough! The burger are out of this world! This would be the first place I will stop to go eat if anything! Also the delivery here is awesome! Thank you guys for the awesome food and service!

Order online and youll wait at least 2 hours for delivery. Cold food, disgusting beans and they never have maracujá. Done with this. Oh, and one of the delivery drivers is always high! Better off going to any of the other Brazilian restaurants!
