The service is below average. I ordered two chicken bowls and they ran out of chicken so they served it to me without any meat. I got home and then realized this. I went back and requested to speak to a manager, and there was not one there. They then replaced the chicken bowls with beef and as I went to eat that one, the shells were disgusting. They were soaked in old oil and when you ate them it would leave the nastiest bitter taste in the back of your mouth. Overall terrible experience and they clearly have no interest in making things right with me.

Inside is not clean. Beans & chickens are old and dry. Lettuce usually has frostbites on them (old brown lettuce). I went back again and again hopping they will change and serve better quality food but it is getting worst and worst. Today was my last day, never going back again, until I hear this place is under new management.

The attendants here are super nice. Like uncharacteristically nice for a fast food place...and I like it! Gosh darn it now I want and expect great customer service regardless of the fact that Im paying for my meal with 100 pennies, two quarters and seven nickels. Looking at you McDonalds next door...

Took 25 minutes to get two tacos. Barely had any employees working. When I finally got to eat my food it fell apart in my hands. I NEVER go out and complain about service but this was so terrible I felt something had to be said. Never eating at this establishment again

Pleasant staff. Food was what youd expect from taco bell. Problem as many have said is the slow service. Always seem under staffed for the major rushes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not uncommon to wait 10-20 min for food.
