Ordered here sat night delivery driver called me saying he was outside but he was not. I tried to ask where he was and he just kept yelling 240 240. That number has no relevance to my address. I tried to give him directions but he hung up on me. I called the restaurant to let them know and ask them to call and give him directions. 10 mins later no one has called me so I call the restaurant back she says she called him...10 mins later he calls again yelling come outside come outside..i told him i did not see him outside and where was he he started screaming 91 91 91 I said I have no idea what that meant he needed to tell me where he was he started cursing at me and hung up. I called the restaurant back and they asked why couldnt i meet him outside well bc hes not outside I have no idea where he is and when I ask he just yells at me and then started cursing she told me I would just have to cancel the order. So I never got any food and Im waiting for them to refund my card. Stay away!!!!!

As far as most Chinese Takeouts go this place is good. It might have been because I was really hungry one night, munchies overpowering for delivery, but I had my filling. I dont eat eggrolls often but sure enough I was munching them down and realized what I was missing my whole life. The delivery was relatively the same as others but they were kind, courteous and showed a great deal of respect. Even when I had my phone on silent they kept calling to make sure I was around, sorry for the one that waited for me, but great service no doubt. Others would have just left and not waited, that is very respectable! Food is good, but what blew me away was their customer service even if it was the most minimal they could do, they did what they had to do and never showed any anger or negativity. For what its worth, I recommend this one and were ordering right now anyways.

Highly recommend fung kitchen This food here dry or soggy Chicken finger fried dry Chicken and broccoli chicken chewy They ALWAYS forget something The only thing i love is their coconut shrimp because i cant find it elsewhere!!! The crust be soggy their sauce too sweet but i crave coconut shrimp lol so Ill settle for it

God awful, they messed up my order forgot some items and I still payed full price. When I called and told them they forgot something they accused me of lying and hung up in my face. Rude people dont call them unless you intend to send them to somebodys house you hate.. in which I have done a few times.

These guys are under new management. The previous people made the best food, the lo mein use to have me there every week. New the owners food especially the chicken and fried rice is absolutely disgusting. Waste of my $13 on two occasions. And the female order taker is so rude and stuck up. WTF!!

Great food, I used to live near Franklin Ave. Now I live in Rocky Hill and I still order from there. The people are very polite and the food is pretty much the best Chinese food in the Hartford County. Liked: Food, Service, Atmosphere, Value

The fried dumplings were flavorless. Also the general to chicken looked so weird and watery, it had no flavor what so ever, Im never ordering from them again and will never recommend this place to anyone

Food is cheap Chinese food for the average price in the area. Just not as good. One star because theyre the only one that delivers to the apartment, the other because Ive never gotten food poisoning.

Im sorry Im usually pretty fair about things but another review hit the nail on the head.TASTELESS NO FLAVOR AT ALL the rice (pork fried) was white rice our kind of very light yellow and no flavor
