I guess it bothers the lady who picks up the phone when you ask your kids what kind of size they want .Food wasnt even for me it was for my kids but the lady on the phone wants to be rude and laughing like if she was impatient and acting as if i was a moron for assuring with my kids what they want to eat . Only reason Im buying this time is because my kids really want chinese and no other places are picking up or coming this far for a delivery .First and last time I order here

I havent tried the Sushi yet but the rest is super delicious! Everyone is very friendly there and will make your order just the way you like it. I loved the thai peanut sauce with noodles and I asked them to add a little heat which made it extra yummy. Their lo mein and chicken fingers are perfect! I highly recommend eating here rather than ANY OTHER Chinese food restaurant in west Springfield or Springfield. The Best!

Omg best chinese food in western mass similar taste to the higher end restaurants in New York City. I enjoy trying as many chinese restaurants as possible and so far no other place has delivered the intricate flavor that I experienced here. Will be making it my benchmark by which others are judged. Highly recommended!

Low prices distract from the food quality. I ordered the Hunan chicken it was marked with peppers for spiciness. What I got tasted more like it was flavored the gravy master and not a flavor I associate with Hunan as it was missing the ginger, garlic, and pepper notes. t

The food was good but the lady that answered was SO RUDE!!!! Get rid of her or else this restaurant isnt going to last long. Was going to cancel the whole order but its the only close place near my internship where I can get some food. That lady has no manners whatsoever

When I Called the lady was crazy rude she even got mad when I asked her how much was everything she even told me to call back in 5 min and ask I even told her to forget the order I didnt want it and I called somewhere else will never spend my money there
