New owners are running the show and its starting to reflect on their food. The portions are small and the prices is high. It just doesnt taste like before. The newer menu came with a much higher price too. A box of pork fried rice use to be $7 , now its $9, what the hell. If I remember correctly Agawam sales tax rate is 6.25%, but they are charging 7%. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is a case of the reviews failing the consumer!!!!!! Simply put the coating on the shrimp and chicken was not cooked. when I brought it up to the waiter was completly disrespectful acting like i was bothering him when I had to ask three times for the drink that we ordered with our food. then he gives a attitude when I mentioned the under cooked coating!

If u want scoop and serve at cheap prices... Dont come here ladies and gents... But, if u want authentic chinese. Food thats prepared fresh, still crispy veggies, and food where u can taste each individual ingredient thats used... This is the place... Great pork fried rice, great beef lo mein, great srimp egg rolls, amazing teriyaki stix. Huge portions.

Moved to west side 2 years ago and this is the best chinese place that Ive found. The best judge of a chinese restaurant is its fried rice, imho, and theirs was nice and light and freshly made. Needed just a little soy sauce and it was perfect. Lo Mein wasnt greasy, which is good. Sweet & Sour had nice batter to it. Definitely going back.

we have been going to King yen for the past 11 years or so and we think the food is fantastic. It is the only Chinese restaurant we go to around here and have not found a better place to eat chinese food. We highly recommend King Yen to any body in the mood for great Chinese food.

Although the food may be good at King Yen, be careful when using your debit card over the phone. I found that they charged me twice and both times were not for the correct amount, it was more. Once I had done this I found that it has happened more with others I know.

Simply great Chinese food. Everything here is delicious. Dumplings are great, the won ton soup with shrimp is sooo good! The interior is nice, great to dine in. You cant beat the lunch prices either! Will always come here.

Because they messed up on a delivery, and I wanted a new order including the missed item, they never gave us the order. They now will not deliver to us. Great Good, however attitude needs adjustment.

Portions are small. Szechuan chicken had no flavor. Chicken wings were tough. Only received one duck sauce- had to pay for 2 more! Time to find a new Chinese restaurant!

Great food, fast service. Won-Ton was amazing, chicken fingers were meaty, and the Hunan Beef was cooked to perfection. Loved the sauce for it too.
