Hour and a half wait, I am very disappointed. We called and made a delivery order and the woman i talked to told me it would take up to 45 minutes. (No problem about the average wait time) A whole hour and some change went by and still nothing. I called them and the woman told me the driver just left 15 minutes ago. I said you told me it would be 45 minutes. She said okay ill call your driver. She called back and said , "so sorry, we made the driver come back so you could have fresh fries and pizza and add a few cookies." We finally got the food and the pizza was ice cold, the sandwiches were cold and soggy and inedible in my opinion, the "fresh" fries were overcooked, almost seemed as if they threw the same fries back into the fryer. Never again will I come back to the real deal. Very disappointed!

Worst service ever! Someone should tell them to take care of the their customers inside the establishment and worry about the people for pick up after. I had to wait 45 minutes for my sub. 45! I got no receipt from the cashier and I figured out why they do that. They dont want you to know what time you ordered! Its a good thing they have a bakery attached to the place because you would definitely need sugar to stay awake waiting for your food. When I got my food it was sub par and cold. It barely had any meat on it but I ate it because I was starving. I didnt have time to wait another 45 mins for another sub anyway. My suggestion to you( if you have to go there) order a cold sub.

you see this place on phantom and have high expectations, but after ordering a pizza to take home, i confirmed my original theory that most pizza places really dont know how to make a decent tasting pizza. now the bakery on the other hand is a great one and i will keep going back for the incredible desserts and amazing cappaccinos. unfortunately the real deal fails to live up to its name when it comes to pizza. some day i may try some of their other items off their complicated and overstocked menu, but at this point, i dont intend to go back for the flavorless pizza.

I usually dont write bad reviews but this place has really bad service. I ordered 2 sandwiches and got a "promised time" of 5:40 an hour later I called and politely said its okay if it hasnt left yet, Ill just come get it. They said it left 40 minutes ago and would be there shortly. 20 minutes later I called again they said it would be another 20 minutes (in other words they lied about the food leaving in the first place). If u are going to order from this place, make sure it isnt in peak times, because they will just lie to you about when it will be ready.

The food quality use to be very good, now it is just average. The prices are higher than avg. Service is horrible 30-45 minute wait during peak times. Last time I did take out, they forgot to include a part of my order. They would not deliver it because I was too far away, but said they would credit my account. I tried to place an order the following weekend and they said there was no record of credit and they would not honor it. Im done with this place. There are many other options in West Roxbury.

Yummy! I usually judge places based on their roast beef, and their onion rings. Both of these things do quite well at The Real Deal. Its a hot spot for lunches, so order online or call in to avoid a wait. We also love their delivery service, since we are around the corner. Their pizzas are so-so, but the sandwiches and burgers are why you go anyway. Seating at the actual spot is nothing special, but I love this place for its food and reasonable pricing.

Ive only came here about 2 times but during those two times, i always got the chicken ranch. Its the best pizza Ive ever ate ! I wish they had more of this store in boston, cause if they did, Id be going everyday ! Aside from the great pizza, the customer service is also very good When I order, they seem to be very friendly and patient with what i want. Definetely, worth the money.

Currently inhaling theyre amazing cheeseburger and curly fries. A little bit tardy on the delivery but the wait is totally worth it. The portions of food are humongous and let me tell you about there mozzarella sticks. Just yuuuummmmm.

THEre REALly is no DEAL to be had here. 7 dollars is a demented price to charge for a tuna melt that comes with nothing. And it was cold. Ahem, MELT?! and this would be mediocre at best even at a reasonable temp.
